Awful customer service

I took my alarm contract out with a small company, who have since been taken over by Securitas. I have been trying to change my direct debit details since June 2021 (8 months ago), but despite giving the Finance department all the details, they have not managed to sort this out. Each month the amount I owe goes up, as they have reminded me.
I have tried to raise a complaint but my emails have been ignored. I have not had any apologies, but I cannot change provider as it would mean getting a new alarm.
Really disappointing customer service.

The worse company I've ever dealt with

The worse company I've ever dealt with! They do not respect us as an employers! Very unprofessional! They have tyrants working for the company! That have no idea how to be a security officer. But yet when myself actually loves caring for people making sure everything is safe and sound and I know for a fact im brilliant at my job they treat us like crap! But yet would rather employ people that don't even know there A,B,C is beyond me. If you want to be respected as a employee DO NOT WORK FOR THESE!!! They've wasted my time all over Christmas.. time I will never get back with my kids. Like I said do not work or employ this company. Bunch of scallywags.

Shocking customer support

Shocking customer support. Do not touch this company unless you want to be charged 6 months after leaving the property and countless attempts to cancel. They are supposed to keep your property secure but scam every penny they can. Avoid at all costs!

The management fiddle with holidays and…

The management fiddle with holidays and wages and in security you are treated like scum, if the management spent more time doing their job what they get paid to do the company wouldn't have any bad reviews, except they are lazy and to be Frank they have no experience working in security not even sure they have an sia licence between them. I think the CEO should crack the whip and get rid of the dead wood but then again would they sack themselves?

1st Stage Interview was cancelled at the last minute!!!

I was supposed to have my 1st stage interview at 2 p.m. but at 1:58 p.m. my interview was canceled without notice and the staff did not see what the problem was when I called, the best at 3.15 p.m. I received a mail to tell me that this interview will be maintained at 3:30 pm and that the cancellation of the first interview "there was confusion" will say that Securitas hopes that you wait all day in front of your computer. that was not a good experience!!!!

Do not use this company

Do not use this company . salesman told us we were taking a 1year contract out, not true they are 3 year contract . Disgusting after sales phoned time after time and nothing was done , they just pass you on to debt collection agency whom we had to pay €430 to settle be warned have nothing to do with them !!!

This company STEALS your money !

I have now tried for month to get rid of this company.
I made a big mistake to do a contract with this firm 2 years ago.
It is totally impossible to stop the contract... they simply does not do anything to help you.
Today Securitas made another withdrawal of 47,82 Euro - ILLEGALLY from my account.
I went to my bank Sabadell immediately- but they could not do anything. My only option was to close my bank account which I did today.
I have cancelled the contract in May 2021 - but Securitas still steals my money.
Please do not use this company ! You will certainly regret ! They do not have any costumer service helping you. There standard answer here on Trustpilot i a total lie... you do not have a change !

I'm not sure what planet the other guy…

I'm not sure what planet the other guy on here was from "poor and fake" but theses guys are real, and friendly helpful I had Jordan speaking through the process etc..couldn't of helped me more,answered my questions etc yeah good guys.

I feel that I must write to defend…

I feel that I must write to defend securitas, first I did 22 years In the British army then on leaving started work for Vanguard. Who lost the contract to reliance who in turn was bought out by securitas. So I became a securitas employee by chance not choice. I have loved and am loving my time in securitas, they are an inivotive company, having an employee portal that I can access on my mobile or home computer that gives me everything I need to do my job effectively. I work on a site with nine other officers and we are like an extended family looking after each other if required. Exelent working conditions and pay. I have 7 years left to work and would be over the moon to finish my time with securitas if I could.

This company doesn't like to promote…

This company doesn't like to promote within as they claim especially when you are a Level 2 who obtains Their Level 3 credential. They also demand 12 hour shifts from their Level 3 officers which not all officers can. The communication among leadership has poor communication skills and are disorganized. They can also be rude at times.

Securitas needs to be bought out by a…

Securitas needs to be bought out by a billionaire that can change things for the betterment of the company, client, and employees. Abolish"At will" employment. there supervisors are not trained in civil treatment training. Their company hires branch managers that have no idea how to run a security service, and they believe their supervisors more that their security officers. they lie, cheat, and steal from those who are loyal to them. I spent 10 years with Securitas. I never missed a day. I was always on time, and did what I was told until one day they hired this supervisor that did not treat anyone with respect. I put up with and much as I could from them, and when I finally got enough I asked to be laid off,and they they gave me a choice 38 hours a week or laid off. i chose to be laid off. but the branch manager, and the supervisor lied to the judge when I tried to collect my unemployment. I wasin't about to endure anymore workplace abuse. Now because of that I had to get counseling for being traumatized, and because of over work, and no vacations, and working multiple posts because they were short handed. I was physically wore out. I developed psortiatic arthritis, carpral tunnel syndrome, and a stress and anxiety disorder as a result of overwork, underpaid,and workplace abuse by the supervisor. I have worked for many security services and only had two that were unmerciful. Most of the clients told me they will never hire them again, but through it will I was able to forgive, and forget them by forgiving them, and forgetting them. I am permanently disabled now. thank God for SSDI..!

Bad after sales

I have been trying to through to this company for 3 weeks ,the replay on my cameras doesn’t work .i have had nothing but trouble with these cameras .wish I had never employed this company.lost count of how many times the cameras have gone off line .

I worked for them for years

I worked for them for years and never got crap in return except for absolute crap. Management is dumb as a stump. Locations are trash. Communication is awful. Do yourself a favor and get in with a security company that will actually appreciate you. I would recommend allied security.

Worst company I have ever worked was heavily physically and verbally abused bullied and management didn't want to know just let it carry on even when grevenses were put In diving me to leave as I was breaking down still no help I contacted directors and still get no phone calls or emails replys there bullying policy clearly doesn't exist at all complely not werth the paper it was written on only have the contract for the money don't look after the good staff but rewarding bullies

Failure of a Company

Hired 3-30-17 been working since and have never met the supervisor, the company even moved the office with out notifying anyone. Was told that after 6 months would receive pay raise, 9 months later still no raise. When asked why, "you have not been there 6 months". Really, check date of hire. Virtually no communication. Branch managers have changed with out any notice to employees to contact someone new. Numerous calls, voice mails to office go unanswered. I was even hospitalized, advised Branch Manager of my situation, had someone call me and demanded why I was not on post. Again failure to communicate. What a failure of a company in KCMO
A little on my background, 23 years law enforcement, Retired Chief of Police, etc etc but no respect for experience, training, or abilities.
