Leaf blowers likely push dust and debris into the storage units—cover your belongings with plastic. More concerning, however, is the unprofessional management. After my mother's passing, her storage units were transferred to me. Despite providing all required documents and being told I could access the units before the 40-day lockout, I was later locked out and hit with late fees due to conflicting due dates given by staff.

Daniel, the manager, was especially rude and dismissive. I was never given a lease or rule sheet, yet he scolded me for not knowing the rules and invented a "2-hours-before-closing" rule just for me. When I was accidentally locked in after 8 p.m. (no one warned me of the closing time), Daniel responded with sarcasm and zero empathy.

The next day, he revoked my access entirely and didn’t even have the decency to speak to me himself—he made staff deliver the message. This facility lacks compassion, especially when dealing with a grieving family member. They can and should do better.

I really like this facility. It is ALWAYS clean, safe and the staff there as always friendly and readily available to help with whatever you need. I like to pay my bill in person and it's never been a problem.

Terry Hemenes and Jessie Caruso, the onsite managers at Security Public Storage in Santa Rosa have been more than helpful in getting us the best storage unit at a very fair price. They have been very thoughtful and courteous.

This is one of the best experiences I’ve had with public storage. Truly. There were no hidden fees, everyone I have spoken to (in person, via email, or on the phone) has been friendly, helpful, and response times were fast. The facility itself is clean, orderly, and even had Dollie’s I was able to use for free during my move in. Honestly, top tier and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a storage spot in Aloha. 

You really couldn't ask for two nicer people. Husband and wife team made the transaction very smooth.
My daughter recommended the facility to me since I just moved out here to Sacramento.
I was a little taken aback at how expensive the facility is compared to some of the other storage facilities I checked out. But I liked the security and how you're able to drive inside to store your things.
If you want security and convenience, I would highly recommend this company.

Very professional and safe place for your belongings. Transparency with prices with the best deal around. There's is staff always available via phone, email or in person. Your unit has a alarm and if it's not used at entry security alarm will go off. Place is always clean!

Charles Ruiz has been the model professional. He is always available at the facility everytime I am there. The storage location has always been clean and free of pests. Access to the location is flexible.

If you're looking for a safe, secure, and clean self-storage place with extended access hours (5am-9pm), this storage facility is the best in the area. The staff is helpful and the rates are good too. I moved in on a Google special which saved me $$$ and a headache since the location is very convenient to me.

When I needed emergency storage, the staff at Security Public storage was very helpful, efficient, friendly and engaging. I was able to rent a storage unit and reserve a UHaul box truck, at the same site, in record time. The facility was very clean and appeared to be well-managed. Additionally, as a new customer, I received a great promotional discount as for the first few months of my lease. SPS is my forever "home-away-from-home" for seasonal storage.

I've had a unit at the NW Portland Vaughan St location for a few years now. Staff are helpful and the site is clean, secure and well maintained.

The units are clean and safe. The employees are always willing to help.

I have been using the storage service at 24861 Sunnymead Blvd. Moreno Valley, CA 92553 for over a year. My personal belongings stay safe and it is convenient to come and go to get stuff or add stuff.

I called Security Public Storage to finalize storage spaces on 2/1/2025, spoke with a female rep. I chose 2 10×10 for $ 124.00 each 2-months promo. She took the CC information to start billing on 2/1/2025. I told her I have my own renter's ins. policy. I arrive at the Hayward site 2/2/2025 to fill-out/complete the paperwork, I was attended by a different rep. Only then I realized that my contract would start on 2/2/2025 but already paid $ 248.00 in in full for the 1st month on 2/1. Also the female rep. I originally spoke with did not deduct the $ 12.00 insurance each unit. I should of only paid $ 112.00 monthly. And on 2/2/2025, when the contract was signed and started 10×10 unit rental went down to $ 120.00. I mentioned the renter's ins. issue with the rep. on 2/2 and he no credits or refund available to me because it was a 3rd party issue. But a few weeks later another female rep. called about another issue and I inquired about the $ 12.00 renter's ins. refund/credit. She said she look into it and make claim for me. I have not heard about it as of yet 3/27/2025.

One of the cleanest facilities I have used but, no permanent staff, seems like a rotating schedule for staff.
The moving truck that is free to use for move-in, was not available. Seems like it's broken and has not been fixed as of yet. Good intro price, for a few to several months but. After the promo price ends, some other places offer better prices. No admin fees, which is great. On the website they claim they have handcarts available, not true. I ask they only have the push carts, which you have to find around the facility if you need to use it, says the rep. I found 1 push cart by the front of the bathroom but I always see with mops or bucket on it. I guess they use to clean the bathroom, not sanitary. I do not get the closed facility for certain holidays.
