This review is for the Walnut Creek location. Desiree and Starra have been amazing, from offering a discounted rate to accommodating a relative's schedule to come in and sign in person. Always responsive, always pleasant. Absolutely recommended!

Onsite Manager Cesar
The process with the Onsite Manager Cesar Mendoza was smooth and easy. He was very informative about the storage and the one I picked was the perfect size to store my belongings in. With the individual codes to get in and out of the gate and the security cameras it makes me feel secure. On the plus side the storage is very clean.

I was completely blown away how the manager went out of his way to fix my problem. I thought my stuff could fit in a smaller storage unit than I rented. I was not able to do this. They figure out a way to help me without depleting my bank account. Im so grateful. I will recomnend this storage facility to everyone!! Thank you so much you're awesome.
