I was originally concerned based on some of the reviews but I received my seeds. Of those, I have only germinated one to date and had 100% germination. All the seeds are in airtight packaging.

The ones labeled as packaged by seed2go had a "packaged for Dec 2026 season" on them. No other packaging information was provided. The seeds packaged by Zappa Distributing either had no information or had a 2026 expiry date.

I can see why some complaints as to customer service. I contacted them about my order. The website indicated.resonse time was 24 hours. I checked for a couple days and did not receive a response. However, they clearly responded as I received my order twice both within a short period of time. Clearly, my first order just got delayed in the mail. So, on one hand they must have immediately sent out replacement seeds. On the other, actual notification of this would have been nice.

Regardless, I consider them a good company. They have a nice selection of seeds, reasonable prices and well-packaged seeds.

Not sure if this company is a drop shipper but twice now I have been sent seeds that are not what they are supposed to be would not recommend .

The seeds arrived in around 2 weeks, but I had been sent a packet labeled 'wasabina' instead of the 'wasabi arugula' I had ordered. I contacted support over chat and they pretty bluntly said that no, my my seeds were correct and were mislabeled. Well, these look different than common arugula seeds so we'll see I guess, but I accepted their answer.

Then I checked the rest of the seed packs and found that the 'true aqua watercress' seeds were completely different than the ones I got from another source, much larger and oblong. I checked the site and found that I had been sent 'Watercress Spice, Chinese Herb' which is not what I ordered.

Last straw is that their site asks me to leave a positive google review in exchange for free seed packets. How about I leave an honest one instead.

Won't be buying from them again, there are more reliable places to shop for seeds.

Great service and product. Product arrived quickly.

Waiting almost one month for backordered seeds. Company does not correspond or provide updates or refunds.
Guest tracking erroneously shows as delivered. I have written documentation from their delivery that they have it on back order. They can't seem to get it together to ship or to provide a refund.
