Easy setup and installation of apps. Quick and good support. Recommended

I'm a long time customer, they offer some good services not available elsewhere! Customer service answers very quickly, they're pretty collaborative and they actually solved the very few issues I had during the past years.

I have found this a good company to do business with and their customer support has been great about answering my support tickets

the support is quick to reposed and is very friendly. the service works well and I'll be sticking with them for a long while.

I've been using at least 3 other seedbox providers but my winner is The Seedbox Company and their Appboxes. Now I'm with them for a few years and yeah... I have to say "Thank you for such a great services, guys".

I’ve used different products from seed box for 8 years now and it has always been of excellent quality in this space and the customer support is really good too. I really like how genuine and prompt the support is as well as the user community around the boxes that help you make the most out of it.

I have been using Seedbox Co for over a year now and I can really say their network speed is amazing. Everything is very fast and for the price. Really good service.

There are many seedboxes like this one but The Seedbox Company is the best about value for money, in my opinion. Not only they offer a good service, but also they do everything to assist you in case of need, answering to tickets you open in a very short time. Besides, they offer different choices of the same service. For instance, you can choose among Plex, Emby and Jellyfin regarding media servers. Shortly, I really recommend this service. +++

I have used The Seedbox Company for many years now, going on 4 years (since they were still at seedboxco.net). Over that time they have continually upgraded their service. For the amount of space they offer, the speeds they provide, and the price at which they do it, its hard to beat them for the value.

They offer a wide range of apps you can add to your seedbox (like Plex, ruTorrent, deluge, etc), and have added many plugins to ruTorrent so you can automate just about everything. They have always responded quickly to my issues (usually within 24 hours) and have been helpful in fixing any issues that I had encountered.

I currently use PureFTP, ruTorrent, and Plex. These have all been easy to setup and I have never had any issues streaming through Plex.

I would also like to point out that I too had issues downloading large files (larger than 100GB) however this is not an issue with the service but simply a setting that needs to be adjusted as the size is limited by default to prevent issues with excessively large torrents.

I have been happy with the service and the continuing support and upgrades being implemented and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

This is the third seedbox company that I worked with. I don't need to look further... And I've been working with them for a long time...

They do exactly what they say they would do and then some more...
Once you establish a good relationship, they go beyond being a great provider.

They are more of a family than a company.
That sounds cheesy! But that's the truth.

Been with them a for a long time. Trustworthy. Reliable. Very helpful. Excellent support service.
Only negative is that its a bit pricey compared to its competitors but because I don't believe i will get the exact great service, i haven't changed to another provider for the past 2-3yrs...
