Poor customer support
I used their services for a company formation and after payment the company wasn't formed after some days, contacted them via mail but no response from their team so I already assumed they have scammed me. About 2 weeks later I got a mail that they have initiated a refund back to my card that my billing address didn't match my the one for my card. I don't know how the mistake happened but I did get a refund 4 days after that sent the mail.
Good that I got my money back but I don't think I would use them again because customer support is very poor.
