Never received goods that I paid for.

I paid for goods 3 months ago but I never received them. Dreadful customer service, I only ever received automated replies stating that someone would get back to me, no one ever did. This company used to be good but it's gone downhill. Avoid!

“life changing bread” heart of nature

I was making my own “life changing bread” as suggested by the Zoe app, for my nutritional needs, it was delicious and hugely filling. My partner then found seedful’s “the heart of nature” in Waitrose. Almost identical - and saved so much effort! Then in November I found Waitrose had stopped stocking it :-( I only went to Waitrose for the bread - but then I discovered seedful online - I have stocked up :-) ordered on Wednesday delivered Saturday. I am so pleased - as is my friend who I introduced to it.

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID

I never received my order. First time I’ve had a problem with this company in two years. All my previous orders arrived. No order this time back in September. They Took the money. My bank is currently sorting it out to retrieve my money back. I’m done with them now. The product is excellent, their morals are terrible. I see online they are in administrative dissolution: being considered for removal from the Companies House register, usually because it’s inactive or not meeting basic legal obligations. The sooner it shuts the better. As other customers have said, They keep sending out emails for weekend offers?! So dishonest as no one gets their order but they take your money, with no customer service responding. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

Do not trust

Same as purchases below.
I have not received my purchase after a month. And I haven't had replies to my emails.
Also Royal Mail says 'expecting order'.
Do not trust.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! Terrible service — order not received, zero communication!

I placed an order with Seedful almost a month ago and have still not received it. Royal Mail are still “expecting the parcel,” which means it was never actually sent.

I’ve emailed the company four times, requested a refund through Shopify, and even sent messages via Facebook and Instagram — both of which were read but completely ignored.

This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. I’ve now had no choice but to raise a Visa dispute with my bank.

Be warned: this company takes your money and then disappears. Extremely poor communication and zero accountability. Avoid at all costs.

Unable to cancel subscription, no response to emails

I ordered the maple bars from Seedful as I had previous ordered the bread from them and liked it. the Maple bars however, start off 'ok', but I ended up not favouring them. A little too dry and crumbly, ut a good idea.

Unfortunately, I had subscribed to them, but when I changed my mind and tried to cancel, there was absolutely no response from customer care. I have subsequently been charged for another box of bars that I do not like. The website says that you can cancel at anytime, well that's not exactly true is it?

The best gluten-free bread

From the first bite, I could tell this was different. The texture is soft yet hearty, without being dry or crumbly like so many other gluten-free options. Whether toasted or fresh, the bread holds up beautifully for sandwiches, avocado toast, or even just with a bit of butter.

Total rip off - avoid.

Total rip off. Never sent the items. Then said they would refund. Then said I'd received the items - when they had already said they hadn't sent them.
Clearly a scam company now - Avoid.

Delicious snacks, sent quickly

This is my second postal delivery of seed bar snacks sent by Seedful. These both arrived robustly packaged, well enough to completely protect the fragile contents from crumbling.

The two snacks are delicious, the cranberry one being surprisingly good (I'm not wild about cranberries usually) , and the maple syrup seed bar being delicious as expected.

The "adult" and "children 's" bars for the two types appear to be identical; so you can choose the option of cute cartoon characters and dynamic illustration on the packaging, or very po faced and demure packaging.

The bars themselves are very dry and brittle, having very large amounts of seeds which are gently 'glued' together. The flavours are subtle but distinctive, and very pleasant. They're healthy and I bought these for a reasonable price.
So, I'm really happy with this. I've found a new diabetic friendly vegetarian healthy snack - brilliant!

Awful customer service.

Awful customer service.
The seeded rolls I received as part of my order were mouldy. Despite numerous emails they were never replaced or refunded.
Part of my order was missing and the protein bars I did receive had no nutritional labels, they could be anything!
Avoid this company at all costs.

Don't waste time with these scammers

Please avoid this company.

Search for "seedful" on Trustpilot and read all the negative reviews who have the same experience as me.

I made an online order in early October, 2024. I chased the order for 4 weeks and then gave up because the company openly lie and are clearly not interested in sending customers their orders or giving people refunds.

I have reported them to Facebook as fraudulent and also reporting them to Shopify.com who provide their e-commerce platform.

Please avoid these scammers!
