I'm based in the UK and a former Manchester United season ticket holder so I probably wasn't the primary target for this experience because a lot of the content and messaging throughout the weekend felt geared towards people with a limited understanding of United and football fan culture in general but that is neither here nor there because the biggest appeal was getting the opportunity to spend time with Eric Cantona but that didn't really happen either.

Dharma repeatedly changed the nature of the event, originally framing it as rather exclusive endeavour with limited availability early on but clearly that wasn't the case.

Day 1: Rammed. Disorganised. Just a bunch of people in a bloody football shirt store for a few hours until the Q&A which wasn't really a Q&A as much as a bunch of vetted questions. The guy next to me had travelled from Vancouver with this son and assumed he'd get a chance to ask something and was disappointed to not even get the chance since they binned the promised "ask the audience" segment.

Thankfully there was a photo op with Eric after this but that was also rushed and stood in front of advertising hoardings to ensure people knew you'd paid an inordinate amount of money for this.

Day 2: Originally sold as hanging out with a pub with Eric but that wasn't the case either. There was a rushed autograph signing followed by an opportunity to do football drills with Eric. Guess what? That wasn't the case either. Instead we were shoved on a double decker bus and shipped off to a football stadium to play around with each other until Eric showed up later to stroll around the pitch.

The pub lunch was bangers and mash in what felt like a school cafeteria. In fact the food tasted like school dinners too. We were promised pub games with Cantona but he threw two darts, chatted to a few people and left. We were explicitly told we wouldn't see Eric again.

Day 3: The Manchester Derby. We were told Eric wouldn't be showing up again and the plan would be a group pub crawl on the way to the ground where we'd learn United songs. Me and a group of other attendees decided we'd skip the pub crawl and just meet at the stadium closer to the game because we already knew our way to Old Trafford and plenty of songs. Flash forward a few hours and it turns out Eric had showed up for the pub crawl. This wasn't on the itinerary and it wasn't even hinted at. Mental.

Again, it wasn't too bad for me because I did manage to steal some time with Eric and have a lovely conversation but plenty of attendees did not. A lot of people voiced their displeasure with how many of us there were because we were all sold something else.

Attended their most recent experience with Eric Cantona in Manchester which was intially sold as a very intimate experience with limited availability and plenty of time spent with Eric but ended up being overbooked and rushed due to what I can only imagine is greed. The itinerary was changed on multiple occasions leading up to the event as they continued to advertise and sell more packages throughout 2025 and it showed on the first day where dozens of us were stuffed into the basement of the Classic Football Shirt store in Manchester for hours prior to the Q&A.

The autograph signing on the next day was even worse because it was supposed to be everyones guaranteed opportunity to interact with Eric but the sheer volume of people meant it was rushed and the folks who waited in line the longest had the least amount of time getting their items signed and sharing their stories with Eric.

The latter part of Day 2 was originally sold as a super intimate pub lunch with Cantona but again, the extraordinary amount of people on this supposedly exclusive trip forced them to change it into a bunch of football drills and games at the FC United Stadium with Eric stopping by later on to walk around the pitch for a bit.

The pub lunch that we were promised ended up being a lukewarm plate of mashed potatoes and sausages in the FC United stadium bar.

We were told there would be darts competition later and the winner would play Eric but it wasn't a game at all, just another activity designed to try and distract us from the fact that we paid a lot of money to be crammed into a small space together. Thankfully Eric did show up and he pretty much hit the bullseye on his first official attempt but that didn't stop the trip missing the mark even more when Cantona made another sharp exit and left us hanging around an empty stadium for however long waiting for the bus to take us home at our scheduled time.

Apparently their previous events haven't been like this as there were far less people but that doesn't make this particular situation any better for those of us who spent time and money travelling to this.

Attending Pastore's football trip, I'll make this simple: they literally sell priceless experiences I would never think one could buy. I'm speechless.

I had the incredible opportunity to join Looking FC, and I can honestly say it was worth every penny. From start to finish, the experience was beyond anything I could have imagined.

The first day kicked off smoothly with a Q&A session where Javier Pastore himself sat just a meter away. It was surreal to be so close to someone I’ve admired for years. The session was intimate, and we had the chance to ask him questions directly, which was a special touch.

Afterward, we had the chance to get photos with him and have our jerseys signed. What made this even more memorable was that we could have brief private chats with him – something I never thought would happen in a million years.

The second day was hands down the highlight of the trip. We got to play football on the pitch with Javier Pastore! To share the field with my idol, even for just a short time, was a dream come true. I’m still pinching myself.

On the third day, we attended a Champions League match at the Parc des Princes. The seats were fantastic. The whole experience was seamless, thanks to the flawless organization by Maia, Max and Sean.

One thing that Looking FC can’t control, but certainly added to the magic of the experience, was Javier’s kindness, generosity, and accessibility. He truly went above and beyond to connect with each of us. He is everything I imagined, and even better in person – humble, warm, and down-to-earth. His approachability really made the entire experience feel personal and unforgettable.

What made this even more special was the people I met along the way. I had the chance to connect with other Javier Pastore fans from all over the world, and we all bonded over our shared admiration for him. It truly felt like a family.

For three days, I felt like a child – filled with excitement and awe. If you’re a football fan, this is an experience you will never forget. A massive thank you to Dharma/Looking FC for making it all happen!

Surreal experience to be able to not only meet but then play on the same field as one of the legends of the game. Great organization all around and a great group. 100% recommend to anyone on the fence if there’s a player they like they could potentially meet and play with.

I have been a fan of Javier Pastore for over ten years and consider myself one of his biggest admirers. This deep attachment to his career and unique playing style naturally led me to participate in an extraordinary two-day event that brought together around thirty passionate fans of Javier. The event was split into two highlights: a Q&A session on the first day and a five-a-side football tournament the following day, where we had the incredible chance to play alongside our idol.

From the very first meeting, Javier was charming, warm, and full of smiles. The Q&A session took place in an intimate atmosphere, where each fan could ask questions and hear new, exclusive anecdotes about his journey. Javier engaged generously, answering our questions without watching the clock. He was more than happy to sign shirts, take photos with us, and share unforgettable moments.

On the second day, the excitement reached its peak with the five-a-side tournament, where Javier once again showed his kindness and approachability. Playing with him felt like a childhood dream come true. He took time to speak with each of us, sharing more stories and offering his on-field insights in a spontaneous and friendly way. It was more than just a sports event; it was a human encounter, where it felt as though Javier was a long-time friend.

In short, this experience went far beyond my expectations. It was a dream come true, a special moment for a longtime fan like me, and I leave absolutely thrilled, with unforgettable memories.

I just finished an incredible 2-day experience with Javier Pastore, organized by the fantastic team at Looking FC, and I couldn’t be more grateful! From start to finish, the experience exceeded all my expectations.

On the first day, we had a Q&A session where Pastore was open, engaging, and down-to-earth. He didn’t just answer questions; he took the time to really connect with everyone, sharing personal stories and insights about his career that felt like he was talking to old friends. It was surreal hearing his journey firsthand and being able to ask him anything—it’s clear he genuinely loves connecting with fans.

Day two was even better with a five-a-side game, and to say it felt like playing with a friend would be an understatement. Pastore was encouraging, joking around, and even giving tips, making all of us feel completely at ease on the field. He played alongside us like we’d known each other for years. The way he interacted with everyone was unreal; it really felt like I had a friend and mentor by my side, not just a football superstar.

Hats off to Looking FC for putting this together. They managed every detail with such professionalism, but even more importantly, they created an atmosphere where we felt seen, valued, and fully immersed. This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience—one I’ll never forget. If you’re considering a Looking FC experience, don’t hesitate. It was worth every second!

This was my first time booking a trip through Dharma. Fitness and nutrition coach, Hollis Tuttle, hosted a retreat abroad in Costa Rica and Dharma made all the arrangements. The booking and payments processes were very easy. They send email reminders and their customer service responds to questions promptly. Transport to/from the airport was easy and the accommodations were beautiful. While on the retreat, their representative made sure everything went off without a hitch. It was such a great experience that I am going on Coach Tuttle’s Dominican Republic retreat in January 2025. Highly recommend Dharma.

I loved the Experiencia RIO that DHARMA helped put together. Communication was great with emails once the app launched Wow! It was so exciting to see the count down to the day when we were all going to meet in person! The daily updates and itinerary were great source of info. I really appreciate this trip and meeting such fantastic lovely caring women.
