$500 Refund Still Not Issued – Misleading and Frustrating Experience

I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience trying to get a $500 refund from this company.

My account clearly shows the refund status as “requested,” yet I was told by support that the refund has already been processed. That is simply not true based on their own system.

When I asked for basic details like the transaction ID or the exact date the refund was issued, I was given generic responses about “privacy and security.” That makes no sense—this is a refund to my own account, and every legitimate company provides transaction details for tracking.

What’s worse is that they claim they can’t access previous support interactions, which makes it nearly impossible to get consistent or reliable answers.

I’ve now spent hours going back and forth without getting a straight answer to very simple questions:

Has the refund actually been issued?
If so, when?
What is the transaction ID?

At this point, it feels like deliberate stalling rather than an honest attempt to resolve the issue.

If you’re dealing with this company, be prepared for poor communication, lack of transparency, and significant delays when it comes to refunds.

I would not recommend them based on this experience.

Pay the extra worry free coverage on…

Pay the extra worry free coverage on the packages FedEx continues not to follow directions for delivery and my items get stolen. I try to use a secure address however I missed this item and again FedEx left it in the open again. got a refund in less than a hour from Seel FedEx sucks get rid of that company and insure you items with seel

I submitted a request for a refund on…

I submitted a request for a refund on an order which I never received. The package was originally shipped by FedEx, but it was supposed to be delivered by the USPS. Somehow my package was “lost” in the shipping process which has happened to me many times before when the original shipper turns the package over to the USPS. Since my package was supposed to be delivered over a week ago, I decided to submit a request for a refund. It was very easy to request a refund and my refund was promptly processed. I chose to receive the refund through my PayPal account because I am not familiar with Venmo and I did not want to provide my checking account information. I would have preferred to have the refund credited directly back to my credit card, but that was not an option.

Hassle free Service

Twice i had a issues with my purchases and Seel gave me hassle free and outstanding service. My first item was damage and second item was stolen after delivery. Seel live chat option was eazy. They listened to concerns and provided me with eazy options to resolve my issues. Thanks Seel.

Seel was great with refunding my purchase, because that part went smoothly. BUTT!!!” Way of Wade should have better as well as more delivery options for their consumers. Customers should be offered better options than the USPS.
