$500 Refund Still Not Issued – Misleading and Frustrating Experience
I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience trying to get a $500 refund from this company.
My account clearly shows the refund status as “requested,” yet I was told by support that the refund has already been processed. That is simply not true based on their own system.
When I asked for basic details like the transaction ID or the exact date the refund was issued, I was given generic responses about “privacy and security.” That makes no sense—this is a refund to my own account, and every legitimate company provides transaction details for tracking.
What’s worse is that they claim they can’t access previous support interactions, which makes it nearly impossible to get consistent or reliable answers.
I’ve now spent hours going back and forth without getting a straight answer to very simple questions:
Has the refund actually been issued?
If so, when?
What is the transaction ID?
At this point, it feels like deliberate stalling rather than an honest attempt to resolve the issue.
If you’re dealing with this company, be prepared for poor communication, lack of transparency, and significant delays when it comes to refunds.
I would not recommend them based on this experience.

I submitted a request for a refund on an order which I never received. The package was originally shipped by FedEx, but it was supposed to be delivered by the USPS. Somehow my package was “lost” in the shipping process which has happened to me many times before when the original shipper turns the package over to the USPS. Since my package was supposed to be delivered over a week ago, I decided to submit a request for a refund. It was very easy to request a refund and my refund was promptly processed. I chose to receive the refund through my PayPal account because I am not familiar with Venmo and I did not want to provide my checking account information. I would have preferred to have the refund credited directly back to my credit card, but that was not an option.
