Contacted seel regarding missing parts and damage to the pergola when it had been delivered, as soon as I sent proof of damage they refunded me straight away, great service thank you, what I thought was going to be stressful getting sorted turned out to be the opposite, thanks again

SCAMMERS;

SCAMMERS;
This company is a complete scam. I paid $20 for their “worry-free shipping,” which they advertise as covering refunds or returns if items arrive damaged or incomplete. In reality, they make it nearly impossible to file a claim.

Their website is clearly broken. When you try to upload the required photos, the submit button becomes disabled, so you can’t complete the process. They also ask for a written explanation, but there’s no field anywhere on the site to add one.

I contacted customer support multiple times to report these issues and asked for an alternative way to submit my evidence. Every response was the same—generic apologies followed by instructions to use the same non-functional system. It feels like talking to a wall.

This is not “worry-free” shipping—it’s a setup to avoid honoring their own policy. I would strongly advise against spending any money with this company.
