Zero customer service
Zero customer service, you email and you will only get an automated response. Promises of a response are empty. Packages do not show up, you will need to contact your credit card company. I am disappointed with this company, I have followed and supported for awhile and will no longer reccomend.

I don’t see the way you see
Highly Disappointed and Dissatisfied. Restocking of items always run out of sizes that are in the small-medium range (I had to order a 4XL or something like that) and shipment times are longer than usual. I put it in my order around May and I still HAVE not receive my package and I have sent an email to see what’s going on. I’m a bit frustrated at how long this process is taking. My order passed the 14 business day time frame and honestly feels like I’m being scammed. I will NOT be ordering from this store again.

I had placed a order back in July, I never received. I contacted her and she answer me at first after saying that she was going to refund my money but she never actually did. I tried contacting her by emails, putting comments and even sending messages on Instagram/Tiktok. She even delete my comments and block me, like I don’t understand if I was a problem why can’t she just refund my money. It’s still hasn’t been solve
