Ordered single egg chair… took 3 deliveries to get the full order. First time no installation pack or cover, 2nd order only delivered the chair cover and then after further delays got the installation pack (which was quite key!)… frustrating process

Good Morning, I apologise for the initial missing items these were sent out the same day as they were reported missing and delivered in 4 days. The second delivery was the missing cover from the initial order, I apologise again for any confusion caused.

My parcel was well packed due to glass, arrived before the expected date, left where I asked and my gates were closed afterwards. The garden mirror is great, l absolutely love it. Well done to all concerned. A big thank you .

Was hesitant due to reviews but happy I made the choice to go ahead.
At first I was hesitant due to service not providing a service to call (closed). Got response and updates through online chat and were very helpfull just to check tracking. Went ahead to purchase and I received my order in great condition only couple of days and on time. Dark grey egg char brilliant condition son loves it. So thank you.
