I apologise for the delay with delivery. Unfortunately as we use external couriers we are not aware when parcels go undelivered until the issue is reported to us. Once we were notified that your parcel was missing we sent out a replacement immediately which was delivered in 3 days. I apologise again for any inconvenience caused.

Great value cushions
Bought 2 sun lounger cushions in sale, great colour and value for money
However as other reviewers have said the despatch process and communications were not as smooth as they should have been but customer services were very good in checking with courier company so all good in the end even though later than expected
