Ongoing unauthorized charges after cancellation – STAY AWAY

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Segpay. I canceled my subscription months ago, yet they continue to charge my credit card 105 ILS every single month.

When I contacted their customer support, they had the audacity to tell me they "don't see any charges" and that my account is canceled, while my bank statements clearly show otherwise. I have been billed illegally for February, March, and April 2026. This is nothing short of theft.

They are happy to take your money but refuse to take responsibility when their system fails. If you value your money and your peace of mind, avoid any merchant that uses Segpay.

I will be filing a formal dispute with my credit card company and reporting them for fraudulent billing practices.

Consumer beware: Check your bank statements!

Double billing with no refunds…

Multiple times double billed and billing after cancellations, refusal to refund incorrectly billed charges. Various tactics to disguise and obscure charges and dismissive responses to billing enquiries. Dishonest and fraudulent behaviour.

If you sign up for Brazzers, spicevideos or any other site owned by mindgeek and pay via PayPal, you will be billed under Segpay eu paypal(which is basically probiller).
It’s very confusing.
I signed up for spicevideos via PayPal and was double billed for a declined transaction! Both paypal and Segpay were terrible to try and deal with and both offered no help.
Segpay actually just ends the live chat as your talking when they dislike your questions about how this happened.
They take no responsibility whatsoever for the mistake and deflect blame to your bank!
I can see why real banks don’t want to deal with adult sales, because the porn industry is run by shady crooks!
Segpay agents solve nothing!
Beware of Segpay, PayPal and probiller!
All unethical!
