Order cancelled without reason, then relisted at double the price
I ordered a pair of shoes from Segreto Lab for €136. They were listed as in stock, and I received an order confirmation stating that my order was being prepared.
Shortly after, my order was cancelled without any clear explanation. I later discovered that the exact same item, in the same size, was relisted on their website, but now priced at over €330.
I contacted customer service, who claimed the item was no longer available, but it was (and still is) live on their site. The explanation didn’t add up, and the whole situation felt like a bait-and-switch.
I would not recommend buying from Segreto Lab

Gentile cliente, Le disponibilità sul nostro sito possono variare. Lei ha ordinato un prodotto non più presente nei nostri magazzini per un errore di stock. Ovviamente non avendo più possibilità di spedire quell'articolo abbiamo prontamente rimborsato l'importo totale della transazione. L'articolo è ancora disponibile ma in pre order e ovviamente ad un prezzo diverso dagli articoli in pronta consegna 24/48h . Come da nostra policy, Segreto Lab si riserva comunque sempre il diritto di poter annullare o rimborsare un ordine.
