I've started with aligners 2 years ago, and they changed my life! The difference in my smile is HUGE. I've had crooked teeth all my life, with a lot of pressure and I found it impossible to floss, which caused various other issues. Now I am able to floss and keep hygiene every day without any issue. The folks working with me have been amazing, and I saw no reluctance to prolong the treatment if they were not 100% satisfied. Everybody I know kept commenting on how beautiful my teeth became, but I am the happiest about the hygiene and not having any cavities anymore!

They have a very competent team, with very nice and attentive people. They listen to their patient to try and give them the best experience possible. I removed my 4 wisdom tooth with them and I recommend them 100%.
With calming words, they informed me throughout the whole procedure what the next steps where, which helped me throughout the surgery.

I had a root canal treatment today - completely pain free. I also appreciate Soren Sehested's and his assistant's cheerfulness, and the clear communication about what they are doing, why, and about the prices.

I had an awful tooth decay with basically 2/3rd of my tooth gone. I believed that it would end up having to be pulled out as it seemed helpless.
They managed to repair it and while I was scared it would be painful, as they had to go down to my gum, it was a fully painless procedure.
I can't thank enough for such an amazing experience, definitely will be back!

The best dental cleaning and exam I've had in my 45 years of going to the dentist. It was extremely through, my hygienist took pictures (no extra charge) to show me where my teeth were being ground down and let me know she was going to get a second opinion before scheduling an expensive approval process. She recommended I don't drink soda, and even showed me the proper way to use an electric toothbrush! It was a detailed one hour procedure and starting with the x-ray and ending with a cleaning. Because they're such a big clinic, they have state of the art technology (no lead aprons). Highly recommend going.

I went to the dentists at Frederiksberg to get some veneers redone that that I wasn't happy with (from a different clinic).

Mette did an incredible job, I'm so happy with my venners and her amazing attention to detail. The dental assistants and the reception staff were all lovely. I'd highly recommend the clinic and Mette :)

Both Amin and Susanne were very professional and caring. I had the best root canal intervention. Tulay was very good with the CT scanning too. And the ladies at the reception were very helpful and nice. All and all, I highly recommend Tandlaegerne paa Frederiksberg.

I saw Trine today for a check and clean - it was the best service at a dentist that I have had in my whole life. That sounds over the top but it was incredible. Kind, patient, understanding and so gentle with sensitive teeth.
I will (hopefully) never see another dentist again!

I have just completed my 18-month Invisalign treatment with Camilla at BetterSmile. I originally began the treatment to simply reduce overcrowding in my lower teeth (making them easier to clean) but the results have gone above and beyond and have dramatically transformed my smile and confidence. I'm thrilled with the results. My close family feared that I would lose the essence of my smile if I had my teeth straightened - but they now agree that it looks natural and appealing.

Camilla and the team are clearly extremely talented and worked conscientiously to make sure my bite was looked after, despite both my top and bottom sets moving and expanding. The process has been terrific and constantly rewarding - it took a while to save up for the treatment, but I'm now very glad I made the investment. Thanks again so much, I will miss coming in for my consultations!

Dentist: Are you satisfied with the result?
Me [Very confused! Last time another dentist of this clinic had moved the side-line of my front tooth and made it as a trapezium and thicker and higher than the one next to it. So I was there to fix my front teeth and get an identical look, at least as identical as they used to be! And now what I'm seeing in the mirror is still notably non-identical teeth which one is shorter than the other]: No, they don't have the same height! I don't know what to say!
Dentist [aggressively]: You are one of the RUDEST persons I've ever met! First when you entered the room you asked us to open the window, also last time you mentioned that we ruined your orthodontic treatment, and now you are saying NO to this result.
Me [Shocked!]: Explaining if I didn't have trust in him, I wouldn't be there. And it's not ok to call people rude.
Dentist [ some minutes after]: I'm a bit direct person, good that I put it out and we talked!

Note 1: If you are not having a good day, please stay home and don't go to the office.
Note 2: The hard truth that you don't want to hear, is not necessarily rude.
Note 3: There is a difference between being direct and insulting people.

Conclusion:
1- Never ever ask anyone in this clinic to open the window, even if you have asthma, you are supposed to suffocate- just do not ask them to open the window, since it's a very very rude request!
2- Never ever tell them that you're not satisfied with the result, because on top of that you will be insulted!

P.s. Thanks for this nice episode after being your customer for more than 4 years, thanks for the insult and recognising me as one of the Rudest persons! I wonder why anything like this never happened in the 10+ visits that I've had with your other dentists!

I called for help in a dental emergency while visiting Copenhagen. They were able to see me on short notice on a Saturday and I received excellent care from an English-speaking dentist at a very reasonable price.
