nice watch, only thing I was surprised with is that I couldn't order from abroad and get it delivered! Thankfully I go to UK occasionally.

I ordered a beautiful watch that I had had my eye on for a while. Numerous hints to my hubby fell on deaf ears...so I treated myself ...and I also treated myself to a necklace. The necklace is snug fitting as is the watch.
But an extra link will solve that minor problem.
I was kept up-to-date with packaging and postage etc and it arrived promptly in nice secure packaging.

I can't get this to connect to my phone. I have been through all the YouTube vids and the advice pages from Sekonda. I'll try to find a customer service phone number and see if that sorts it otherwise I've just wasted £60

Quality product, timely delivery

A tool to alter strap would be useful. I had taken watch abroad for a surprise birthday presents but husband couldn't wear it. Disappointed with that. Maybe give an option to purchase one

Base range of Sekonda gives good value for money. The clasp on the bracelet sounds & feels a little tinny but the bracelet is good quality. Watch face looks really nice in green, just as good as I remember it when I saw it in an airport on holiday! Price at home was better. I enjoy wearing it just as much as pricier watches I own. The watch pouch is a new one for me, but is certainly easier to store than a box.
Delivery a little slow, but I did order it over the Christmas period.

Product was good BUT took ages to arrive, despite me paying for next day delivery. Missed recipient’s birthday as a result. Not sure if this is a Sekonda issue or a courier issue but was disappointing

We ordered 2 x fitbit type watches which are really good. Not expensive, prompt delivery & great value for money. Easy to use, linked to your phone

Bought day-date watch for an elderly person, but the day display was in red and very small, so not helpful. Sent back and received refund minus postage

Bought 2 different watches, one for my husband & one for me, and couldn't get the notifications to work properly on either of them (some worked but the most important ones didn't!). So bought another one to try but the same thing happened! Had multiple lengthy discussions with the AI chat on the website (which to be fair is a very good AI bot!) & trawled through the instructions & tried everything, but still not working properly. Sent a message in via the Contact Us form (frustratingly no phone numbers available to call!) but still no response a week later, despite sending a chase message. So, overall very gutted & will be returning all 3 watches.

Love my new smart watch. Had a fit bit before but it was too small to read. This is much easier

Quick delivery and fits well. Slightly disappointed as ordered direct from sekonda so that it was the same as my previous watch strap however its not the same colour and doesn't say Sekonda on the buckle.
