Not a positive experience.

I consulted Carine at Selectra, as she was recommended by a friend, to help me get internet from SFR. She initially entered my details on their website incorrectly, causing all sorts of problems. It was rectified eventually.
The email she sent explaining how to cancel didn't work, so I contacted her for further advice. She responded initially but I was still unable to cancel online, as advised, and my follow up emails to her remain unanswered. Therefore, my only option now is to drive an hour to my nearest SFR shop in the hope that they can help me. Not the simple process I was told cancelling would be.
Due to the mess she made of setting up my account, Carine said she'd send myself and my friend who recommended her some vouchers. They never arrived.
She also advised me to get a french mobile number with them. The deal wasn't the best one available to me, which I discovered through another friend.
Suffice to say, I won't be consulting Carine at Selectra again.

Nicole was good and detailed. Very elaborate explanation

Had conversations with Nicole she was very patient, polite and explicit in explaining to me all I needed to know. I hope also all she told me will be the end to the over deductions I get from the broadband network I am leaving.
Thank you again Nicole. I shall be back here to indicate the result of our conversation today. Hope it’s good as you made me think. Thank you so much again. Byeeeeee

Calvin was extremely helpful and took the time to help me understand everything. He answered all me questions. He was polite and respectful and gave me all the time I needed.

Extremely satisfied new customer…

I was extremely satisfied with the phone call, Dean Byrne was so efficient and helpful and very understanding having to repeat himself a lot, that was not his fault, I have a hearing problem and had to listen real hard, he did not mind at all having to do that a lot.

I googled

I googled, looking for EDF and got through and spoke to a chap, appeared very helpful, asked about EDF told me a few things and changed my electric tarif. The contract was in a different name, I questioned him and he admitted he wasnt EDF. The web page was bannered EDF. Very frustrated that I spent an hour believing I was speaking to EDF and it was a price comparison site. Why did you have EDF logo and why didnt your man say he wasnt EDF when it was clear I thought that was who I was speaking to. I even said that I had EDF in France!

First point of call always makes the impression!
