Best customer advisor …

Today i spoke to Oscar Parker to get a quote for gas and electric to be supplied by EDF as my previous supplier was about to cease trading ,Oscar was extremely helpful in explaining the options to me he gave me a very good price fixed price until Feb 2023 so i signed up imediately and within 15 mins i received an e mail from him confirming all that we had discussed and a breakdown of the gas and electric charges i have changed suppliers several times but no one has ever been as informative as Oscar i would have to give him a rating of excellent 10/10

Julian was very patient and thorough.

Julian was very patient and thorough. There was a lot of detail to absorb.
I gather you guys take commision from the suppliers, my brother has said that is not always good. I didn't feel that Julian was trying to rob me though. My broadband is going to be taken over by origin who i have never heard of before. Reviews are not brilliant for this, one said it was run by a load of children. I still have faith however that i am being given a good deal.

Called because I moved into a property…

Called because I moved into a property that had meters that were in a minus figure so I had no heating or lighting. Used Google for the number and got through to ????? Someone (thought it was British Gas) told them my circumstances, no problem she said I can get that sorted, after 20 minutes at the end of the call she had changed my supplier, NOT what I wanted, I wanted the negative removed so I could put the card in that I'd just put money on..... I was very clear on that. So sitting in a daze after the call ended I phoned back 20 minutes later to cancel, I was having to argue with an American man why I wanted to and all he wanted to tell me was how rubbish British Gas were. Also, he refused to cancel the call of 20 minutes ago because it was too late. Then he told me Ella would call me back. NO CALL... WHY AM I NOT SURPRISED? I was duped into changing supplier when I had no intention or interest in doing that! I'm sure they are good if you are interested in a change but I KNOW they are good at being devious and underhand in business to the unsuspecting.

Phoned the company by mistake

Phoned the company by mistake, said they could help me, had a nice chat with Ryan Bell, said that he would help me out further once I got my new account number from the new supplier then help me to get the WHD (Warm Home Discount) as he said I could from this company. Tried to call him back over many days, was told he will give me a ring over many days and nothing. Phoned my new supplier to find out I can't get the WHD as its ended as of the start of the month. I'm not happy as struggling to heat my home.

Not happy, very disapointed, I want to finish the contract as I am in the 14 days when I can do it

Not happy, when talking to her I thought that I was speaking with my current provider, EON Next (didn't know by that time there are 2 EON companies) and my provider recently took over npower. So when I went to internet instead of calling my provider I called your company. Told the lady that I will be moving home and she advised to send the meters reading on the they and we moved and offered to make a new contract for the new address. She never mentioned you are another company. Therefore there is no way I want this contract with you and I do not want to spend hours on the phone to end up this contract so please do it immediately and send me a confirmation email.
Thank You!
