I have just had a 45minute telephone conversation with a Customer Service agent at Selectra, the Lady’s name was Audrey Williams , and I have found her extremely easy to talk with, and was exceptionally helpfully, in my particular case/ problems. I can only wish I could have had in my pocket before now. I would just like to say a BIG thank you to her and wish her all the well and best.
