This was an excellent experience.
It was clear and precise and my electric contract was set up with great help on the telephone. My advisor spoke fluent English which was a great help to me.
No problems at all. I shall use Selectra again in the future should I need any of their services

Tayeb Hani Barkati was very thorough, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He made the process of changing energy supplier very straightforward and did not push me to take on any services that I did not need. I will contact him again should I need the services of Selectra.

Carine was excellent. Very patient very informative and very helpful. I was able to set up my move with ease thanks to her.

Camila Quere was brilliant. I called with a complex and urgent task, and Camila sorted it all out with efficiency and speed, and importantly in a friendly and cheerful manner. Excellent!

I had the most amazing experience today talking to a young man by the name of Keith about my energy provider. Not only did Keith go through the rates of the providers available, he also informed me on the questions to ask to get the best deal. Having worked in hospitality for over 20 years I can honestly say I know costumer service, and Keith is A1! Keith is not a standard employee, rather he is an ambassador for your company! I am in the process of opening my own business and I hope to find someone with the same work ethic, professionalism and kindness to represent my company. Give this man a raise, he’s definitely worth keeping.

Great service

The service was more helpful than I could imagine ! They helped me with everything (internet, mobile, electricity) and I didn’t have to make a single call. They met all my needs and were more than willing to walk the extra mile, and always available.

Antonin was suuuper easy to talk to, helpful and I felt confident he was trying his best to help me.
