Second posting for Selectra. I wrote an earlier complaint and heard back from them on a reply. They gave me an email address to write to. So I wrote and now have written them four times with no answer. And after a half a dozen tries to call Selectra and being put on hold for anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes, before being disconnected, I got through. When I asked to talk with a supervisor, he said there wasn’t one and could only put me back in touch with agent I didn’t want to talk with me and who never replies anyway. But after my continued insistence, he said he would have a supervisor call me. Haha! No one has called me in four days!
Nada Es Smaki contacted me. She was awesome. She understood and gave me all the details to return the Bouygues box back. She called me at least twice to make sure everything had worked out okay. So I’m changing my review from 1 star to 3.
