I recently moved to France, and was put in contact with Selectra to get assistance with finding providers for electricity, insurance, and home wi-fi. The person that contacted me, Camila Quéré, was professional, friendly, and immensely helpful, explaining things clearly and proceeding with organizing everything on short notice, including signing of contracts and scheduling of interventions, doing all this in English (as I barely speak/understand French). To summarize, I'm very happy with the service provided and would undoubtedly recommend it!

Called Selectra after the “concierge” service provided by my immobilier did not come through. Oumar was very helpful and walked me through the process of connecting my first utilities in France. To be honest, I was very surprised at the level of customer service I received from them.

Total fraud!!!!!!! Esperanza - refused to give me her second name, trained to manipulate you into signing new contract in order to get comission for sure!!! I spend 2h on the phone thinking I'm speaking with Endessa !!!!!
Stay away from this company also they will try to use my datos personales and I will for sure take legal action against this company!!!!!

Selectra helped me so great - espacially the team member Oumar. He consultet me so great and fast. Answered all my questions. Searching for me the best contractor for gas, internet and electricity. Compared my old contracts with the new better ones.
I`m from abroad but have a house in France and not so common with france. It was so easy to communicate in english!!! And they also call you when you are from abroad so - easy going. Also e-mail is a common way here to communicate. What do you want more? 5 Stars - and long term relation
