I am moving to France and needed to set up Electricity, Internet, Home Insurance and Mobile accounts. Carine was super helpful over a number of calls to get them actioned, and provided some great advice and options to make life easier when I arrive. Excellent service!!

Mehdi is an excellent support member. He had a complicated case i think to deal with due to SFR being very difficult. He went above and beyond to make sure this situation was corrected. He was polite and understanding at all times. We spoke in French too and he very much appreciated that. He was perfect and deserves a pay rise !
