I was unhappy with my current rate of electricity, it seemed to get more expensive despite trying to be more economical at home. I belong to an English living in France Facebook page and I posted asking for advice. Someone recommended Carine Prost at Selectra who I contacted. She changed my provider immediately, her English was perfect, the process was easy and she was very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend contacting her for the changing of your utilities she is highly knowledgeable. Thanks Carine.

Camila Quéré was very clear and informative with each step. She laid out options well and took the time to clarify each question I had.
