I have joined Self healers hub in July month.. That time i was suffering from bloating ,gases& Burping issue. I use take antacide tablet weekly four times . After joining this within two months reduced acidity weekly once and slowly it is reduced & now i am taking sos bases once or twice a month. Their personal coaching is very good & guide you as per problem and body type.. Sachin ji is guide you every Tuesday for your health and queries. Their self healing videos support your metal and phsical health. In this journey personal coaching was also very useful, Bijoyeeta supported lot on food choice,what to eat & aviod and meditation for gut healing , Both Sachin & Bijoyeeta supported lot.. most appreciated is after your course complete still they support and guide you...

My journey with the Gut Healing and Self-Healing Challenge has been truly transformative, especially in the second half of the program when Coach Sachin personally began guiding me.
In the initial three months, my sessions were mainly focused on nutrition and basic lifestyle adjustments. While these inputs helped me build foundational habits—like mindful eating, daily walking, and simple pranayama—most of these were practices I was already familiar with. I was seeking deeper guidance around emotional stability and mindset mastery, as I was aware that chronic stress and emotional imbalance were the real root causes behind my digestive issues. Though I had expressed this to the initial coach, perhaps due to limited expertise in that area, my needs were not fully addressed during that phase. It might have been more effective if the transition to the main coach had happened a bit sooner.
However, once Sachin stepped in, the entire experience took a meaningful turn. His sessions gave me powerful tools to calm my nervous system, regain a sense of inner safety, and rebuild emotional balance. I used to live in a constant state of panic and alertness, but his techniques—such as visualization meditations, NLP-based exercises, and reflective practices—helped me relax even amidst chaos and uncertainty.
What truly stood out was Sachin’s compassionate presence and individualized approach. He came to each session well-prepared and deeply understood each person’s unique challenges. During my most crucial and emotionally heavy phase, his words and patient listening made a huge difference. He created a safe space where I could be vulnerable and express myself freely, and that itself became deeply healing.
Even in some of the toughest periods I’ve faced, I was able to stand strong for myself and handle things with surprising resilience. Looking back, I can genuinely say I amazed myself with how I navigated those challenges—and I owe a large part of that strength to the inner stability I gained through these sessions.
While I still have a way to go in my gut-healing journey, I can confidently say that I have started to feel safety within my body, and that shift in mindset itself is a big milestone. My Ayurvedic doctor has even reduced some of my medicines, which is a sign of real progress.
Overall, while nutrition built the base, it was Sachin’s mindset and emotional guidance that brought true transformation. I am deeply grateful for his support, wisdom, and genuine care that helped me reconnect with my inner calm and faith in my body’s ability to heal.
As a small suggestion for improvement, I feel the team could spend a little more time in the initial phase understanding the unique needs of each client, so that the right kind of guidance or expert involvement can begin earlier. That would make the healing journey even smoother and more impactful.

So i signed up for this course in the month of February 2025. It's a 6 month journey. I had IBS issue. I reached out to Mr. Sachin Hebbar through an instagram ad. He picks people up only if they're serious about their goals which is a good and rare thing. Later I got assigned to my health coach by name Anjali Rai. She's a very approachable, patient and calm person. Addresses your queries offline apart from the sessions they conduct . This program basically offers weekly group sessions where everyone meets and shares their experiences. And once in 15 days you get personal one on one sessions with your coach where you will be assessed on the remedies they would have asked you to follow in the previous sessions and take your feedback. They also offer a video module course which is an ocean of knowledge. Coming to my experience i feel it can be life changing if you try to follow everything they say. It feels hard in the beginning because there will a set of tasks that you need to remember and follow. But if you put in the effort to follow these hard things, other areas of your life will feel easier. They help you understand your body and mind all on your own. The impressive thing about them is they make you independent of them by the end of this course by teaching how you need to eat and build your habits. It's more than just a diet or fitness course.
