When I started my one to one call training with sachin, my confidence levels are very low to accomplish the things at professional level and had negative thoughts whenever I am going to have presentation/discussion with my superiors.
Same way in my personal life also I am thinking that others are in superior position and my conversations and thought process are not inline and my health condition was not proper due to this stressfull thought process.
After having one to one sessions with sachin, I have followed the suggestions given by him. Now I am able to communicate with superiors and relatives without having negative thoughts and superiority feelings.
Two months are over so fare and if I look at my activities which I am following daily .
1. Morning Yoga/Physical Activity
2. Before Lunch one glass of coconut water (For reducing the body heat)
3. Switching Off Internet at 10:00PM and keeping phone out of Sleeping room
4. Practicing Relaxation Mediation daily before going to the sleep.

Going through these videos, I have understood that mental well being, being cheerful, being forgiving to oneself and others, doing right things both physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, needs earnest efforts.
Entropy kicks in naturally, just as weeds grow. It needs constant effort
1. to keep the fields free of weed by picking them regularly. Remove toxins from body and mind regularly.
2. to water the field regularly. Take in good food for body and mind.
3. to add manure so that field grows well. Inspire oneself by listening to great people, Gurus, shastras.
Being a living being, ups and downs are natural. Therefore, your constant support, constant reminders, newer lessons and topics of discussion, accountability groups, all of these helps me
- some times to come back to track when I swayed
- when I am already on track, helps me move forward with improved velocity.

Self Healers Hub is an amazing course,I was able to transform within three months after joining the course. Over all I can see a happy and new Raghav with in me .Earlier I took other courses and personality development courses but the result was only 50 to 60 % .But after joining SSH and having one to one with Sachin ji the transformation started drastically as I have started taking actions on me , I was able to transform both physically and mentally and there is lot of improvement in my gut health as well.The course content is good and informative and weekly calls with Sachin ji keeps me motivating. SHH - Self Healing Challenge was an eye opener, awareness giver, myth buster, and a motivator to implement.
I enjoy learning from the 'leaders call' every Tuesday and from each other through SHH's inspiring community.
