Excellent customer care

Excellent customer care. I have had to reach out to them for a machine replacement and they replied within a matter of minutes and sent a replacement machine the next day!

The only reason I am giving a 4 not a 5 is that, unfortunately, I got two faulty machines before they sent me one that was in good working order. But very impressed by their responsiveness nontheless.

An overall good experience

An overall good experience. I bought a Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset CPAP machine. It arrived very quickly but unfortunately had an annoying whine from the motor. I reported this and was contacted by Selfimed the same day and a replacement was shipped. This was nice and quiet, as it should be. So lost a star only because of the first faulty unit but impressed with the customer care in sorting out a replacement. This is a company I would be happy to use again.

I'm so used to this cpap for travel.

I'm so used to this cpap for travel.

My 1st was a Devillbliss intelligent APAP.

My 2nd was a cube for maintenance.

Both turned off by itself so I junked it.

I was unaware that this cpap is now defunct.

So, I'm glad to be able to get a recon set for this price.

This will be my travel cpap as it's very compact.
