Amazing reactive customer service

Amazing reactive customer service. Response time to enquiries and emails were so fast. I made an error in the delivery address and my heart sank, but I contacted them and literally heard back within 3 minutes that the address had been amended. And the price was better than I had found elsewhere. It was delivered on time as and was exactly what I wanted. It can be a bit daunting ordering a large expensive piece of medical equipment, especially one that your family member would rely on but they were so helpful and reliable I would definitely use again and recommend.

Could not speak with anyone

I was interested in buying a stand aid but could not get anyone to answer my calls. Using their rather unhelpful AI Bot, and having been forced to type “I want to speak to a human”, I was then left hanging, wondering whether someone was going to get back to me or not. I now understand that Miles answered after 3 minutes by which time, having read the previous reviews concerning poor comms, I had left the site and purchased a much better product from a northern medical supplier.

• 15:18 – Our bot confirmed the chat was being transferred to a human.
• 15:19 – You left a message: “Hello. Should I buy from somewhere else? Can’t speak to anyone so will buy from somewhere else.”
• 15:22 – I replied: “Hello, how may I help you? It’s Moses here…”
• I then followed up with: “…We don’t know the exact age. The item is preowned, it may have some scratches, but it is fully functional.”

After that, there was no further response from your side until now.

We value all customers and always aim to reply as quickly as possible. In this case, the delay was only three minutes. We hope this clears up any misunderstanding, and we remain happy to assist with any questions you may have.

They totally ripped me off

They totally ripped me off! I was hoping to save money, but instead I wasted my money. I bought an Airesense 10 machine, but after about 5 minutes of use, it sounds like a truck. It makes an incredible noise! I spent €250 for the machine and €66 in duties to have it shipped to Italy, and now I'm totally ripped off. Don't buy anything if you can't return it. Be careful!

Horrendous to contact

Horrendous to contact, tried all 7 options and still can't speak to anyone. Item ordered wasn't delivered. Emailed and no response.

Is there anyone there as item not delivered and no explanation.

Customer service lacking

Ordered a ResMed P30i mask and the order was cancelled without explanation. I had to chase them to find out it was out of stock. Pretty amateurish and not a good first experience. New Etsy sellers do a better job than this.

Exceptional company !

I am blown away by this company. I have a problem with my equipment , I expected some long issue ( as you can have with some companies).
But no , so helpful & replaced my equipment. First time I’ve used them & will be my company of choice from now on .

Happy customer/Excellent customer service

I bought an item from SelfiMed Ltd. Several months later, I requested for a replacement. I was told the item had a 30days warranty. However, they said they will send me the replacement immediately at NO EXTRA COST! The delivery was prompt and I am delighted. The item is working perfectly well now with no issues.

Excellent to deal with

Excellent to deal with. I had not ticked box for the vat free, although I had filled in the form. A quick phone call and was easily fixed afterwards. Well packaged, good comms and good delivery. Will use company again for sure!
