Honestly, it’s rare to find a company that makes everything so clear and easy. Selfnamed just gets it right, smooth process, fast shipping updates, and zero confusion. Great software and service, one of the most competitive, but the Customer service is close to terrible. Slowly and not soo kind as well. Sometimes have some kind of Sparkle of kindness, but not soo often. I received the deliveries and they came one month ago, still not updated in the Dashboard, before that I had another issue... no comment, but its frustrating.

I have been dealing with selfnamed for about 5 months and what a nightmare. Orders are not fullfiled and cancelled for no reason, shipments are most of the time late and several clients cancel the orders cause take around 2-3 weeks to get items purchased. Customer service is slow, not responsive in terms of fixing issues just responded by different people that just have a first name ,no phone number for customer service and seems is a way that they run their bussiness postponing everything. Had a client package stolen delivered by DHL and Selfnamed doesn't care to properly request and claim insurance with DHL and replace the items. If you are new on drop shipping pls avoid this company.

So far I have had a really good experience with Selfnamed. There was a small misunderstanding regaridng designs and they were kind enough to prioritize my case so that my business would not experience additional delays. Thank you so much!

The response time is just horrible. No replies even after waiting for hours. How am i supposed to do business with them if they cant even respond to a simple question. Thankfully i was just about to start working with them and didnt order anything. If i did tho and had problems with shipping, i wouldnt have been able to contact them and get the fast support that i need. The concept of the company is great, but that all doesnt matter if they cant respont to any messages. Horrible service

Edit: Them saying they got to me after 20 minutes is a lie. I was waiting 5+ hours. The responses need to be instant if you want to have a succesful relationship.

I was a bit tired when placing my order and made a small design mistake on 2 new products. After emailing their support Martin replied and guided me through a way to fix it, he was very patient and helpful.
I feel embarrassed it was totally my fault and am very glad for the quick response and help I received.

Disappointed to say the least this is my third day waiting for a support call from self named. I’m here as we speak waiting for a joint meeting and no one Laura, Michael whoever they are haven’t showed up

Guys please turn off your AI assist and reply on letters and messages. I try to reach your team according to our order and need exact response.
We love your product but communication is bad lately

Good products, but no help if needed. Nobody answers the email and chat bot no answering. Design program is working only with specific files, which don’t use most of label designers.

There service is really bad. They respond with basic answers and take hours or days to respond

Out of all the dropshippers I checked out, this one won me over right away. They’re super kind, always available, and really take the time to support you with helpful feedback. You can tell they actually care. The products are great too! I’d totally recommend them to anyone thinking about starting a white label cosmetics brand.

I’m currently using SelfNamed for my Shopify store, but have had a very difficult time getting a hold of anyone to ask if/when they’re expanding into the Canadian market. This information is vital in scaling my business! And when I reached out to their support team through email, I just got their useless AI bot Mike! Now I’m at a lose of what to do, as I feel I’m at a dead end with them.

There is no delete button if you decide to delete your account. The unsubscribe link in their email does not work (missing href attribute). I cannot upload a screenshot so you can view the html of their email and see for yourself. Pretty sure that violates some privacy regs/laws, which offends me because I take pride in respecting those rules in my marketing efforts.

After discovering there is no way to delete my account, I reached out to support through their chat widget to request that my account be deleted, Mike their AI bot responded saying to send an email to support with the following details:

• Account email
• Reason for deletion
• Design backup plans
• Store disconnection status
• Any new account information

But Mike their useless AI support bot responded to my email asking for the same info.

I Boycott them until they get their act together.

It's a great product supplier and also an easy to integrate platform. They were super helpful while implementing.

An organic and natural product dropshipping company sounds a bit too good to be true but it is. I love the ease of Self named and see them constantly bettering their features. One con is the design tool to design your own packaging is incredibly basic like a software programme from 2001. So self designing takes more time than is actually needed but I’m hoping this is something that will be updated soon
