You can’t do business with a company who’s customer support is the worst, I read similar views of people here about selfnamed before starting business with them but thought lets give them a shot and guess what they messed up the very first order by printing the very low price on the label, Now customer is on me regarding price discrepancy and Selnamed support is unable to resolve it for weeks now. They just don’t have a clue how the shipping label has a low price than actual price. I would say search for their competitors (there are many) who provide good support and resolve your issues because companies like selfnamed are not worth it.

I lost a lot of money because of their terrible service. Most of the time, orders don’t reach their destination, and on the rare occasions when the customer does receive the order, it arrives after 20 to 25 days. Often, the liquid products have leaked out of the packaging, and once, they even put the wrong product in the box (a niacinamide cream in the zinc cream box).

SO much potential if they weren't lazy.

You couldn't fulfil one of my customer's order, due to the phone number missing.. ridiculous.

Launched a new store with products from Selfnamed. The designer tool they have is OK, but quite buggy and slow. Recommend doing it in Figma and uploading.

While Selfnamed has potential, they have too many issues to give this a mid rating.

First, their shipping time, while advertised as being processed in 1-2 days, they have only accomplished this for one order.

On top of this, if you look for the product "Botox-Like Peptide Serum" it's advertised with that name basically through their entire website.

However, we, as sellers, are not allowed to advertise it like this because of Botox trademarks. This has led me to now having sold this product with this naming, and Selfnamed now refuses to ship orders. It's not specified in design files or on their product page.

This means that i now either have to refund to people that already bought from me, or send them a different product that what they anticipated. I wasn't told about this until 6 orders in for this product, and Selfnamed just suspended orders without any further notice.

Additionally, their support is a mess. You can expect to wait a minimum of 24-48 hours for a response, sometimes not at all.

So while they for sure have potential, their lack of insights and unreliable support makes it a supplier you can't deal with. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Find another supplier.

Selfnamed is a promising company offering unique products, but it falls short in so many areas that I can’t rate it higher than 2 stars.

First, their customer support is slow and unresponsive. It’s difficult to get in touch with them, and even when you do, your issues remain unresolved. For example, they’ve had incorrect express shipping rates for Estonia, which I reported last month. Updating these rates should be a simple fix on the website—this isn’t the 1990s when web development skills were rare—but the issue still hasn’t been addressed.

Secondly, their design studio is practically unusable. On Chrome, none of the buttons are clickable, and in Safari, any progress you make is easily lost. If you add images to a product and then go back to edit the design after previewing the mockup, the images disappear. You’re forced to re-upload, realign, and resize everything repeatedly. Naturally, I contacted support about this as well, but nothing has been done.

Selfnamed has great potential and countless opportunities for growth, but they need to get their foundation in order first.

The products are amazing and delivery wasn’t too long either. I am experiencing some technical issues when receiving emails from them, due to which I had some delays in the design process. Their customer support team went above and beyond to solve the issue. They have been very accommodating as well in terms of making adjustments to the designs. Overall very happy with my experience now.

I was planning on buying a sample set to see if i can start my business using selfnamed. But then i saw the delivery times???? 11 days to the netherlands? How am i gonna start my business when the delivery times are that long??
