Excellent support - fast and efficient.

They have good products but the shipping costs are crazy. Almost impossible to make money with this company. I can't charge a customer $25 for shipping a bottle of body wash!

Setting up a payment/billing option was also a problem for me because VISA kept blocking all their transactions, but they require you to set this up when installing their Shopify app. I wish they had an option to pay using PayPal, but they do not. I had to apply for a special prepaid debit card just to install the app, and in the end it didn't matter since I uninstalled it due to the ridiculous shipping rates.

All said and done, this company has a wide variety of products, but the prices are too high to make a decent profit from.

EDIT: Yes, I know Selfnamed accepts VISA, but in order to set up automatic billing using my VISA card, I had to allow Selfnamed to withdraw a small amount from my card, which VISA kept declining, which is why I had to get a different card. And yes, you DO need to set up a billing method in order to integrate the app to Shopify.

I’m satisfied, the company is growing so I think is normal to have some difficulties sometimes.
I ordered products a couple of months ago and got them in few weeks. Labels and packaging are amazing and the staff is really helpful.
I think the products are really good and the price is right for a good quality natural skincare product.
Hope new items will be added in the next month.
I purchased also the website design and set up service, curious to see how things will go.

Honestly couldn’t fault anything when dealing with self named!
I orders a few tester products, picked the ones I liked then had them design the packaging. Quick response with emails, designs were brilliant and I was able to make a few changes easily.
I am now able to order my designs straight off the website with quick delivery. I am so happy with the service!!
