Complete RIPOFF! My husband paid to have book published. Did not finish book and died four months later. This rip off outfit would not bother to even call back when I wanted a refund! I was told that "you should honour his memory and finish the book!" WTF?
Would not respond to Better Business Bureau. If this is the integrity....go elsewhere with your money!
