Great customer service very easy to deal with and from start to finish from first phone call to funds was two days. Very simple process couldn’t recommend enough!

Chloe managed my case and delivered outstanding service from beginning to end. The process was quick, clear, and straightforward, and the support and communication were excellent throughout.

The simplicity of the process made it reasonably painless and I was amazed at how quick it was.
The really nice surprise for me was the staff I spoke with. Chloe was amazing and her personal insights helped massively. She provided good advice, in an easy to understand manner and there were no false promises - she and the team delivered exactly what they said they could and when the said they would...a seemingly rare thing nowadays.
Sam and Paige on the case manager teams were also really good and very helpful.

I found the overall experience of working with Selina to be very straight forward and easy. James was extremely helpful and although I haven’t gone through the whole process yet….so far so good. Everyone I have spoken to has been super helpful and friendly.

From making the initial enquiry I was given an option to make an appointment to discuss needs and products available. This meant that my husband and I were able to set aside some time when it was convenient. The telephone call was received on time and David was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Documentation was sent in a timely manner and the whole process has been seamless from the start. All extremely professional and friendly.

I can't thank the Team at Selina Finance enough for helping me arrange a HELOC. It took 4 days to receive the money after the application was agreed. Special thanks to David Spencer who crunched all the numbers, he was so patient and guided me through the process, explaining all the different permutations of the differrnet options and doing his due diligence. All the team are professional, friendly and helpful. The uploading of documents and signatures was done seamlessly online. I've been thinking about it for a year and wish I had done it sooner, I know its a cliche but a huge weight of worry has been lifted from my shoulders and cleared my mind. Huge thanks to them all.
