I still have not received my payment… Customer service took several days to reach back to me and I only said to wait seven working days is not even giving me an expected check date but now it is 12 working days from From when the check was sent and still no payment

I opted for check payments
I opted for check payments. I understand it takes 10-14 days to receive the check. On July 11,2026 I received an email saying payment was sent. Today is July 31, 2026 and I still haven’t received it in the mail. Also, there is no phone number to call that I could find, only Chat Bots!! This part was the most upsetting. No way I’d ever give this company my bank account information, when you can’t even get in contact with a real person.

Love these guys they are the best out there by far. I do this for a living and these are my number one guys I sell to. Thank you for being the most honest buyers and the best prices! 5 stars hands down. If I had to say one thing I wish would improve/change would be to get rid of that bot in the live chat and actually have a real person there because that bot is useless IMO. Besides that great job!
