SellerBasics has been a huge help for my business. Joy has gone above and beyond—working late at night and even on weekends—to help me fight urgent cases. That kind of dedication is rare, and it’s made a big difference for me.

Just to set expectations: this isn’t like hiring a VA. You’ll still need to gather your receipts, invoices, and other documentation, and in the end you upload the submission yourself. But SellerBasics gives you the guidance, strategy, and confidence to do it the right way.

If you sell on Amazon or Walmart and want people who really understand what sellers go through, I definitely recommend them.

I signed up for SellerBasics expecting professional support with Amazon-related issues. What I got instead was a complete joke of a service. They are utterly useless when it comes to solving real problems. Their so-called “experts” are either unresponsive or send canned, generic replies that don’t address the actual issue.

Need help with an IP complaint? They’ll regurgitate Amazon policy without taking any real action. Suspended listing? Good luck — you’ll get the same cookie-cutter advice you can find with a five-second Google search. In fact, I often felt like I knew more about Amazon policy than the people I was paying to help me.

Customer service is practically nonexistent. They don’t follow up, they don’t advocate on your behalf, and they certainly don’t deliver the “unlimited support” they advertise. It’s a glorified FAQ disguised as a service.

Save your money and find a real professional or firm that understands how Amazon works. SellerBasics is just smoke and mirrors.

Seller Basics is completely useless. They will only help you if you already have all the paperwork you need to respond directly to Amazon yourself.
I paid for 2 months of service, twice I had an issue and they would not do anything.

When you have a problem all they do is tell you is it's useless to appeal and there is nothing they can do. You're better off talking to a low level Amazon customer service agent with no authority than this company.

I have been subscribing to their service for over a year. I had some ip issues which I ended up resolving myself. A year later my account health was very bad and very close to suspension. I asked for proactive help. I asked for assistance from their "network of attorneys".
Joy spent perhaps a half hour telling me that it was pointless to appeal negative feedback and appeal a to z claims which is what Amazon recommends and to wait for the account suspension. She even said the odr will not be recalculated..

When I asked again for help via a polite email, shared my experience, Cindy sent an email telling me how wrong I was and canceled this "membership" that I had paid for over a year and refunded me a whopping $20.

It was all done professionally in their opinion.

This service is a scam according to my very recent experience.

I feel lied to and duped and want to share my experience so that others may not have the same trauma.
