We're sorry to hear that you had a bad experience, having browsed over your ticket, it does appear that there are some dents to the bottom left corner of the handset, we will email you some photo's for reference.
We carefully assess all the handsets that arrive, so that we can correctly grade them, most of the time, we aim to pay out more than the quoted price, however, when a handset doesn't match the description due to damage, we re-value the handset accordingly.
If you would like the handset back, although you agree'd the price re-valuation, I have put the phone into reserve, so that if you change your mind in the next 30 days, we can send the phone back to you.

I got myself a new laptop from sell fair and I can honestly say it’s without a doubt the best laptop I have ever gotten! Super quick and easy and the staff I spoke with could not have been more helpful in helping my find the right one! The laptop is without a single fault and it could get away with being brand new! I will be going back to sell fair to reply my phone and other electronic good in the near future! I can’t not stress enough how quick and easy it all was! 10/10!!

We're sorry to hear that you don't agree with the price adjustment, unfortunately if a device doesn't match the description that's chosen on the comparison site, then we do re-value the device accordingly, in this instance, your device had lots of heavy scratches on the display, a battery with the 'service' message and lots of scratches on the rear glass.
If you would like the handset back, although you agree'd the price re-valuation, I have put the phone into reserve, so that if you change your mind in the next 30 days, we can send the phone back to you.

Sent my phone off on Monday, It's now Saturday. Package is next day delivery. No confirmation email. compareandrecycle have spoken to them twice and still yet to contact me about where the phone is. Avoid!

Was a little disappointed the price which was estimated got cut dramatically. Maybe to add photos before the valuation is given would be better.
