Basically a scam
Basically a scam. Guys any review over 1 star is fake, these guys pull a number out the sky then review your phone and offer you £10 for you phone then want to charge you money to get your phone back. I went with these guys because they offered a little more for the phone and we're trying to pay for something for the family so we thought why not go online instead of CEX or something. Never again, I'm sure they're breaking some sort of law let alone everyone trust.

The device was inspected upon receipt and was found to have a screen fault that was not consistent with the condition selected when the order was placed. The inspection identified visible burn marks, a line at the bottom of the screen and a shadow on the notification bar. These findings were documented and communicated to you yesterday, along with an explanation of the revised offer.
The revised offer was based on the actual condition of the device received and was not an arbitrary figure. Furthermore, no communication was sent to you requesting payment of any return fee.
We appreciate that receiving a revised offer can be disappointing, particularly when you were expecting the original quoted value. However, the suggestion that the offer and our reviews are fabricated is not accurate. The device is being returned to you without any charge, and the tracking details will be provided once the return has been dispatched.
We are committed to being transparent throughout our process and have retained the inspection evidence and correspondence relating to this transaction. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that we were unable to meet your expectations on this occasion.
