Good service, friendly personnel and great price!

It's a pity that you can't give a zero rating or less. Our properties have been on sale in the USA for nearly 2 years now. Paid our fees and get nothing back. I have left countless messages and sent many emails requesting to speak to somebody and they are all hiding. I'm starting to think it's just a scam. It seems to me that they only want to help customers based in the USA and NOT the UK.

This company deserves ZERO stars. It's a giant scam. DO NOT waste your dollars on this site. I should have known better. The old adage stands: If it sounds too good to be true, it is!

Title: SMTN is a Scam – They Take Your Money and Disappear

If I could give SMTN zero stars, I would. My partner and I were newly postpartum and looking for a legitimate way to sell our timeshare. After being bombarded with marketing emails about their Maintenance Fee Protection Program, we finally called in. The salesperson was incredibly friendly, reassuring, and made us believe this was a smart investment. They promised that our HOA fees would be reimbursed as long as our listing was available, and that similar listings were selling “left and right.” It all sounded great—so we paid $2,400 to list our timeshare, thinking we’d get that back (and more) within a year.

Fast forward a year later—our once-responsive salesperson vanished, replaced by generic automated emails. We later found out that in order to get reimbursed for HOA fees, SMTN had to first rent out our timeshare and get paid themselves—something we were never told upfront. And just when we thought this couldn’t get worse, we were told we now had to pay another $150 to remain in the “maintenance reimbursement program”—a cost that was conveniently left out of our initial conversation.

When I called in to express my frustration, they had the audacity to ask if I had referenced the contract with all the fine print outlining these details. No, I didn’t—because we had a newborn, were exhausted, and desperate for help. We were the perfect customers for their scam—too overwhelmed to comb through every hidden clause in a contract while just trying to survive life with a newborn. They know exactly who they’re preying on.

At this point, it’s clear SMTN is just a money trap. They rope you in with false promises, take thousands of dollars, and then disappear. You’re left doing all the work yourself to market and sell your listing, while they refuse to provide real customer service. When I asked why I couldn’t even get a real person to check in on my listing, they gave me the ridiculous excuse that “everyone is on different time zones.” Seriously??

SMTN does not care about you. They only care about getting your money. Unless you want to waste thousands on a useless listing, do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this company.

Great service and guided us through a direct timeshare purchase at the Westin in St. John. Kept us informed and we have no regrets!

Our experience with the Maintenance Fee Protection Program, provided as part of the services of SellMyTimeshareNow had been excellent as of today. We had benefit from this program for two years now. The process is easy to comply with and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. This program had made more worthy our decision of using SMTN services for the sale of our timeshare.

Horrible experience! Poor customer service. Had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

Worst experience-save your money! They’re trained liars.

We purchased an additional timeshare at Vistana through SMTN last fall. This firm handled every aspect of our purchase from contracts, recordings, title search, and transfer of title to Vistana. There fees are quite reasonable and their communication with us was timely and personable. We would recommend SMTN to others.

I bought a timeshare in Cancun in 2024 by using Sell My Time Share Now brokers. I was told that the transaction would take 90 days but we closed in less than 60 days. It was a very easy and smooth transaction. They communicated with me throughout the process. I am very happy with their service. I highly recommend SMTN to everybody. Thanks again SMTN brokers.

I am please with my experience with SMTN. They got my timeshare sold, and negotiated a contract that was more lucrative than expected. The administrative part was very easy.

These are fake review!!! Do not go to this company for any help! I read all the reviews and went through them thinking they were ethical, however, they never respond to you and I haven't received any updates, or anyone to even look at my timeshare in over a year. Lies Lies Lies! Run and save your money!!! I wish I could give them - stars

Purchasing my first timeshare was a frictionless experience. Very professional staff.

The biggest scam ever in the timeshare area !

Their goal is to crook you so runaway as quick as you can don't pay any fees, you'll never ge any service and your timeshare will never be sold !

So far no sale lowered the price to almost zero.apparently phoenix is not very attractive.my only complaint is that SMTS was not up front when they said we would sell our unit fast??? $2500 later no action. Marriott would take the unit back free of charge.

Process was easy and received more for my TS then I thought. Be aware the process to get the funds takes a while - especially after signing final docs - not their fault but was not my expectation.

Thanks to SMTS we have finally sold our Timeshare. It took a couple of years but the pandemic didn’t help. They offer great customer service. They reply promptly to your emails and are always a phone call away. Their website is user friendly and allows you to see your postings and amend or update as needed. Thank you for your ongoing support during this time.

My wife and I are extremely satisfied with our experience throughout the process of purchasing more Club Wyndham points. From the very beginning all the customer support associates and agents were very upfront about the process and associated costs as well as the timeframes for all aspects of the purchase. Throughout they were very quick to respond to any questions as well as let us know when any updates occurred. The process was very smooth and friendly throughout.
