One of the many land buying scammers…

One of the many land buying scammers out there. They will send you an offer of 50% of the value of your land, hoping and praying you are dumb enough to accept it. It really is sad to think that some people respond to their BS offers.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear you feel this way, but we want to clarify a few things.
We buy land at a discount because we pay in cash, close quickly, and take on the costs and risks that come with holding, marketing, and reselling property — including back taxes, liens, or other issues that make traditional sales difficult. That's standard in the land-investing industry, and it's why our offers reflect a price in exchange for speed and certainty.
No one is ever obligated to accept an offer from us. If a number doesn't work for you, that's completely understandable — but it's not the same as being scammed. We're always upfront about our process, and any landowner is free to decline and pursue other options, including listing with a realtor for full market value.
We're happy to talk through how we arrived at any specific offer if you'd like more clarity. Feel free to reach out directly.
