Customs issue resolved

Worst courier service ever

Worst courier service ever. Didn’t even pick up parcel for 5 days and telling me every day that it’s due to be picked up today. No time slots allocated for pickup. Sender can’t keep waiting whole day for the driver to come and pickup and which they don’t even come or call.

Terrible service

Terrible service, booked in early February to get courier to pick up birthday items from Dublin to Cork. Time was to be collected 10-5.30pm. Waiting in all day, no show. Contact Parcel Direct and they apologised and said courier will be there next day, again waited in 10-5.30pm. Again no show. Asked for refund on 4 different occasions and I am still waiting, 1 month later. Absolute terrible service, stay away.

Payment done, no order booked, no refund

Mever buy from this website. It's purely scam. Payment is done but no order confirmation is received, parcel is never collected. I asked fkr a refund, they said yes but never received it. Stupidly, I forgot the fraudsters website and I payed and booked for a 2nd time a parcel. Same thing happened. I requested the bank for a refund in the end.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I ordered an insured package delivery worth 58,91 euro. I tried dropping it off at two different locations today, but the drop off code simply did not work. I wasted more than two hours of my day and now I need to find another shipping company. AVOID this company at all cost, customer service is also not responsive to my request regarding a refund.

Unresponsive to complaints

Sent 2 separate parcels to France, one priority the other standard, both door to door delivery. When the priority package arrived in France the delivery driver called the recipient to let them know he was going on holidays for 10days and that the package needed to be picked up (from his house) if they wanted it at all because when he returned in 10 days he would be sending it back to Ireland because the 7 day collection date would be up. The standard parcel arrived at a different depot and they called to have pick up arranged. I raised a complaint with parcel direct because the service I booked was door to door, this was 24 weeks ago and they have become unresponsive to any emails. Avoid them, 0 customer service!!

dreadful company

dreadful company. i paid €137 to send an item to austraila from ireland. i used parceldirect and it was to be sent via Fedex. i was told to deliver the item to a collection point which was in a shop near me. when i got there they told me they didn't accept fedex. it was late and the item had to go the next day so i used another courier. i sent an email explaining this and they apologized and told me i'd have a refund in 5-10 days. 5 weeks later no refund, they won't respond to emails. absolutely dreadful company. i managed to get the refund in the end after threatening legal action and opening a case with the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission

Parcel direct did read my bad review and replyed to me to contact them to arrange a refund for the parcel they lost in Us and was never delivered. I sent them an email on 18th of December 2025 and they keep ignoring my email like 20 previous emails i sent previously. Reference nr #PD8999259. This thing is going since May 2024
