I was quoted a price for a ‘good’…

I was quoted a price for a ‘good’ condition IPhone. I send parcel with tracked Royal Mail. SellTec then notify me the parcel hasn’t arrived. When I emailed back to say I have cctv footage of collection, they then reply they have received it! but the screen is badly scratched and battery is poor. The phone had 100% battery function and a perfect screen when I posted it. I have replied asking for return of phone but heard nothing back. I’m afraid it feels like a scam situation. Shame on them.
