I am very satisfied with the prices, better Amazon! The items arrived in 3 working days in great condition (nothing was damaged), and everything is perfectly matching the description!

Hello Felicia,

We have not received any e-mails from you, but as soon as I saw the message you sent to us on our Facebook Messenger today, I made sure to respond - so we could find a solution to this problem.

I don't know what happened with your package, as the tracking number from GLS does not work, but we have sent a new game to you. I'm sincerely sorry for the inconvenience this has caused for you, as we do provide day-to-day delivery on all our games.

Kind Regards,

Nicolai O.
