My payment was deducted but my order was not generated. SO, I did complaint to their team. They really helped me to make my order.
I really love the way they do service. I had order roses and a greeting from them and they were so beautiful.

I have made a combo order(flowers,fruits,dry fruits) on May 8th to get it delivered on May 9th. I received an email on 9th morning saying they cannot do a delivery due to lockdown which is totally understandable and said you may cancel the order. They sent me another mail after 10 mins saying we can do a deliver but without the flowers. I said yes because it was Mother's day and didnt want to ruin the surprise so I said go ahead. The package was received in the evening and the delivery guy mixed up the order which was also fine. I get sometimes mistakes happen. But I was very very upset with the way it was delivered. The picture in the website was flowers,fruits in a basket,nuts in 4 separated compartment box, but the fruits came in a plastic cover and nuts the same way, just like how you get from the supermarket. When I checked more the package came from my local place itself and the delivery would be hardly Rs50 but they took Rs 399 and no flowers so they refunded 400 for that. They gave a WORST very upsetting experience and kinda took Rs 1800 for nothing. They have tie ups from local shops for which the delivery would not even be more than 50-60rs but they are taking around Rs 399, it's such a scam. The company asks to get in touch with support customer service who does nothing for a very disappointing customer.
PLEASE NEVER buy anything from this website. GOOD FOR NOTHING.

Partial refund was only 500. And there was NO complimentary gift as mentioned in your comment. It definitely is a small town and difficult times but if you couldn’t do your job, should’ve canceled my order when I said to go ahead.
I was okay with the whole mess up with the order and with the driver but the way it was delivered was unacceptable. There’s literally no difference buying from your company and the supermarket. I wonder supermarket would’ve delivered better atleast I would’nt be disappointed. Anyway this would be my first and last.

Nd still my jiju didn't receive the gift..
I called them from 31 march..they said we delivered ur gift 1/2 april . I said okk.
Then today I called them and they give again reasons

Worst experience with this team. Ordered ferrero rocher chocolates for delivery on my hubby's birthday. Till evening he didnt receive the item. Then i msg them. They td me the item out of stock so cannot do delivery. I planned a surprise for my hubby. Bt tis team surprised me with their reply. At last my hubby didnt receive any gift from me on his birthday..😥

I have tried sending gifts 4 times in the last 4 months, and I am impressed. I can feel the happiness they bring to my family.

Very bad ordered cake on Christmas there is no delivery until new year eve no proper response not picking the call very very bad customer service and not delivery on time dash of it

I actually had ordered a Christmas surprise for my wife, received it on time but I’m really not happy with the quality of the teddy as well as the Greeting Cards, it’s not at all what they showed in their website. Though the roses were Good.

The cake delivered was different and the writing on the cake is different too. Poor service. Used to send cakes all the time with different vendors for several occasions and used them for first time and was disappointed. When contacted they said they will only send the type of cake, not liable for how the picture is and no guarantee on the writing.
