The worst cake ever i order cake for my…

The worst cake ever i order cake for my husband birthday ₹2000, and I’m extremely disappointed. The cake had almost no taste and was overloaded with artificial food colouring, which made it unpleasant to eat. It didn’t feel fresh or worth the price at all.
This was for a special occasion, and the quality completely ruined the experience. I would not recommend this shop if you are looking for a good quality cake. Very poor value for money.and I’m very disappointed.

Fake promises

These guys are fake. Just to take order they do al the fake promises and charge complete amount in advance. When cake was delivered it was matched only 65percent of the image which I shared with them . They charged me 3k for that customised cake but when I received it wasn't even worth it of rs 1500 . It was only 1 and half kg cake. When I filled the complaint asked for refund they denied clearly.sent rs 100 celebration chocolate box to my address. I mean I was planning for my daughter birthday one month in advance so that everything will be perfect but because of these guys my flower tree fake promises her birthday was about to be ruined. Then finally I ordered cake from chokola they delivered in 3 hours due to emergency of the situation. But my point to share all this if you can't make exactly same cake which your customers are asking please deny don't do fake promises that we will 100 percent exact same cake custom. Any sweet shop like haldiram,sham sweet,Harish bakery or om sweets have made better cakes then My flower tree.My bad that I trust these guys. Pathetic experience. Pathetic customer service. No ownership. No management. I called atleast 5 times then they respond and said can't refund. I asked them to refund only 500 rs atleast but denied pathetic. Please I will suggest never ever place any order to them. They don't want to run their business. They just want to loot and ripped the customers and leave them . Pathetic and worst experience.

Worst service from My Flower Tree in…

Worst service from My Flower Tree in terms of delivery on time, quality of flower items , customer service response and refund policy. I have ordered flower bouquet on valentine day 2026 in the morning around 7am looking at delivery committed on their website before 12pm, actually items came after 8pm in the night with bad quality of flowers. I didn’t accept it. Delivery guy updated status as delivered. There is no refund policy even after a lot of complaints and Followup with their customer service on their portal complaint. Recommend not to attempt anything on My Flower Tree for gifts and flowers, you will end up with frustration and waste of money and time

I had a delivery for a cake and flowers…

I had a delivery for a cake and flowers for my relatives anniversary. As it was on Valentine’s Day I checked on the website and found out they will deliver it .
Inspite of the tracking showing that the bouquet and cake were out for delivery it did not reach . I kept calling and finding out but there was no sign of delivery. Next day they called me after I raised a complaint through their AI assistant and it was almost afternoon. I asked then the reason for delay so they just told me they could not reach the contact numbers provided which is a lie as I had given them 2 working contact numbers and I myself had called so the numbers were very much reachable . Inspite of asking when the bouquet and cake will be delivered they simply said that I will know when it does through their tracking . They also gave lame excuse of not having received the picture for the cake inspite of uploading it twice and double checking it .
The cake and flowers reached late evening the following day . The flowers were dry and wilted and one flower was missing as well . Will not try them again as they do not have the basic courtesy to respond or apologize and make bad excuses for not delivering on time .

my husband ordered me flowers through my flower tree and it wasn't delivered at all. whereas, when tracking, it says attempted to deliver but my husband received an email that it was delivered. its a fake website.

Worst possible experience

Worst possible experience. A delivery scheduled for 14th February was NEVER attempted and they shared a FAKE 'unable to contact recipient' email to cover up. Auto rescheduled the delivery for the next day, sent me a 'delivery confirmation' while the recipient received nothing, no contact from anyone or any parcel left anywhere in the building. Absolutely horrible experience, DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THESE PEOPLE! THEY WILL LIE TO COVER THEIR ASS AND THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM

My Flower Tree are so fraud

My Flower Tree are so fraud. They are not attempting and not calling not updating. Not even returning my money and cancelling the order. It's been more than 24 hours when the delivery was supposed to happen. But no response is cane after multiple calls and messages. The occasion was over and I had a sorry figure to show. Will not advice to order from this in future.

Unethical , liars

Unethical, non comitant and absolute liars. For last 14 years of my marriage it was first time I trusted this lowly company and couldn't wish my wife a happy Valentines day.
Ordered cake and flowers and they assured delivery which they never did on time, not for an entire day. When it made any sense.

Misdelivery, Hidden Charges & Zero Accountability

I placed a birthday gift order for my elder sister for delivery on 14th February, choosing the “Soft and Creamy Combo” with a 1 Kg Black Forest cake flavour and flowers (Combo). This was a special occasion, and the expectation was basic accuracy and professionalism. Instead, the company delivered a Pineapple cake a completely different product, and to make matters worse the cake arrived without the birthday message that was clearly specified during online ordering. This alone ruined the purpose of a birthday surprise.

What is even more unacceptable is the billing practice. A ₹20 tip forcibly added to the order without any option to decline which is outrageous as tips are meant to be voluntary and earned, not imposed for substandard service. On top of that, an additional ₹49 delivery charge was applied even though their own website clearly advertises FREE delivery must check FAQ page. This is misleading and feels like a deliberate attempt to extract hidden charges after checkout which generally customers overlook before ordering.

I reported the issue the same evening and posted a 1-star review, yet there has been no response whatsoever—no call, no email, no apology, no attempt to resolve the issue and my review as well isn't available on the website itself. The complete silence from their support team reflects a total lack of customer empathy, accountability, and professionalism. If a company cannot even acknowledge a mistake on a birthday order, it seriously calls into question how they operate as a business.

This experience goes beyond poor service and enters the territory of unfair trade practices—wrong product delivery, ignored instructions, forced tipping, and undisclosed charges. I am escalating this matter on multiple consumer review platforms and will proceed with Consumer Court if required. I strongly advise others customers not to trust this company with important occasions. Reliability and honesty are non-negotiable, and this company failed on both counts.

Never order anything as they don’t deliver and take money in advance
I have ordered yesterday paid ₹ 2109 but the order is not delivered yet and when I am tracking my order now it shown it will deliver today when the event is over and we are leaving the place who will collect the order
Iam going to lodge complaint in consumer forum and police too

Not Delivered and Poor Service

I placed an order for Cadbury Dairy Milk (5 pieces), Lucky Bamboo, a Chocolate Basket, and a Romantic Reverie Lamp expecting it to arrive in time for our marriage anniversary on 26-01-2026. Unfortunately, the order was not delivered as promised and still has not arrived.

This delay ruined an important occasion for us and reflects very poor service. Customers rely on timely delivery, especially when orders are meant for special events, and this experience was extremely disappointing.

I would strongly advise potential buyers to be cautious when ordering from this website. Based on my experience, I am not confident about ordering from them again unless they significantly improve their reliability and customer service.

I ordered cake for my sister’s birthday while UK, trying to share my feelings and emotions , all family members were waiting till 10PM, but there was no sign of cake. They updated the cake is delivered.
