I sent a folding bike Altair through this service. The operator accepted the order and arranged delivery via chat. The delivery service is beyond competition! Such a friendly, positive, patient service I encounter for the first time! They delivered exactly as previously agreed.

Will not return money if refund

Appauling custmer service. I made an online quote which came to £250. The next day i received a quote confirmation from them stating it would be £774.99 + £200 insurance for any loss or damages.

Then said I may incur customs charges because the bike is worth more than $1000 even though it isn't new. Almost all bikes are worth more than $1000 especially if postage is £974.99!!!!

I immediately request a refund (same day as initial payment taken from my account) - it has been 21 days and still have not received my refund. I have wrote to them several times and they say 'refund should be with you wednesday' - which has been said 3 times now for the last 3 weeks.

Frauds, do not use!

I've been using their services for a long time, and I will continue to do so. Delivery deadlines are always met, and they have a wonderful app where you can find all the information. The delivery schedule is very convenient, and the delivery cost is pleasantly surprising!

Very convenient service, pleasant managers, and all this comes at a low cost. I am confident in the reliability of the bicycle packaging and that nothing will happen to it. No problems in three years of use. Fantastic.

A company that is pleasant to do business with. The delivery is always on time, thanks to the hard work of their employees. I became convinced of this when I sent a bicycle for a cycling tour to Italy. Thank you!

Good service

Good service. I used their service today, and there's a calculator on the website where you can calculate the delivery cost in advance. They delivered the bicycle within two weeks, and everything is intact!

SCAM COMPANY

REALLY, REALLY TERRIBLE COMPANY. UNRESPONSIVE THIEVES.

Do not send your bike with this company. The box was thin and flimsy and the contents had to be repackaged by DHL once it had arrived in France. The bike arrived extremely damaged despite being double wrapped in bubble wrap. Obviously had incurred a serious blow on the journey since the entire frame and the derailleur were both bent. The pedals had also been removed/lost from the box and did not arrive. In total, this was over 200 euro in damages on a 750 euro bike. Despite being insured, my emails about claiming damages are going unanswered with SendBike claiming that they have yet to come through.

Secondly, the company did not arrange the delivery of the box nor its pick up on the days which were arranged well in advance, despite clearly being told that these were the only times available for me, and despite themselves agreeing to these times. By the time the box had arrived, I had left the country and had to arrange for the bike to be picked up from a different address and by other people. The eventual arrival date of the damaged bike was a week after my requested delivery date.

UPDATE:
As others have said, SendBike requested I remove my review, to which I responded that it was dishonest to ask (my experience appears not to be an isolated one, and other potential customers need to be wary of what they're getting into).

My bike cost 200 euros and over a week to repair. In the end there was damage to: the chain, the frame, and the dérailleur with the damage to the latter necessitating a change of the gear cable.
I sent pictures of the damage, pictures of DHL's "repackaged" tape, and the invoice with a breakdown of the costs to SendBike as requested. After over a week and two unanswered emails, it appears that they don't want to take responsibility for the damage, despite the fact that I bought insurance from them.

I'm hoping a continuation of this negative review will elicit a response. 200 euros is not an insignificant amount of money to be holding back.

SECOND UPDATE:
As anticipated, SendBike contacted me after the first review update, once again asking me to take the review down. They claimed that DHL had been slow. While I doubt this, I have no evidence to refute it.
I reminded them that I wanted either a refund or to be told the exact date by which I would receive the refund by Feb 16th - a date I had told them two weeks prior. This email went unanswered again.

I am now assuming that they are withholding my money with no intention of paying it back and I am in the process of seeking legal advice and getting in touch with my credit card company.

ANOTHER UPDATE:
SendBike won the credit dispute (AMEX) and have neither contacted me directly nor responded to my emails. As of now, it has been over 2 months since my bike arrived damaged and SendBike are withholding the money I am owed. Abysmal company. Absolutely awful.

Having contacted SendBike again, they responded claiming that the credit dispute was still open. It was closed on February 21st and therefore SendBike are lying. In their email I was told "This would have been refunded had the dispute not been opened", hence SendBike are once again trying to shift the blame away from themselves and this time onto me.

A perfectly functioning logistics…

A perfectly functioning logistics system. There have never been any problems with both delivery and sending. All procedures are carried out; you provide the address, they pick up the bicycle and transport it to another location.
