Excellent service and app. It was not simple in my situation but with excellent customer support all was resolved and payments went through smoothly.

I have been using SendNOW for the past two years, sending support to my spouse in Russia. They have improved continually during that period to the extent that they are now thoroughly reliable, very quick responding to questions, solving any problems, and VERY FAST RELIABLE DELIVERIES! They are a godsend for me, having provided an effective alternative to the (unfortunately) sanctioned SWIFT system. THANK YOU!!

Sending money from the UK to Russia was incredibly quick. I paid using cryptocurrency. I had a few queries, and Kristina from support answered them rapidly - a massive thank you to her!

There are a few fees involved, but they are acceptable given that sending money to Russia is virtually impossible right now. I assume part of the commission goes towards covering the P2P transactions. Since I paid directly with crypto, I managed to bypass the commission from Guardian or Volet, which likely covers the currency conversion.

Overall, a good app and website, and currently one of the few services that actually allows transfers to Russia.

I am also one of the people who was skeptical at first about the website.

Though after having made in total 3 successful transactions within a timeframe of 3 months, I can safely say that this service actually works. On my latest transaction I did encounter an issue in which I had to contact the support team. Within minutes they were able to answer and help me.

I am using Swiss currency to transfer into Russian rubles and it honestly works flawlessly. The only "issue" I have is the conversion fee.

As of the stand 26.11.2025 google states that
1 CHF = 97.69 RUB
In their service they exchange
1 CHF = 82.35 RUB
They also go through a middle man "Guardarian" I think who in the background processes your currency to crypto which I think is sent over the blockchain to the desired currency. This middleman also charges a fee of 3 CHF

T.l.d.r:
Trustworthy website with fees. E.g. originally you want to send 50 CHF which is 4884.61 RUB, but get charged totally 53.13 CHF for 3741 RUB.

Should you use them? In the end I would probably continue using them, since I'm not really too keen of using other services.

I needed to send money to relatives, and because of sanctions none of the services I had used before were working. With SendNOW everything went through successfully and took no more than half an hour. Support had a few questions because I made a mistake in data, but the issue was resolved instantly.
You have to understand that these are not simple transfers but a multi-step process involving the purchase of cryptocurrency, so you end up paying quite a bit extra – but if there’s no other way, then there’s no other way. It’s good that at least this option exists.

Despite the statement on their site, I'm unable to transfer funds to family in Russia.

They blame Guardian, their transfer partner. The Guardian says not their side.

SendNow is using a third party (Guardance UAB)to accept the money for transfer/sending. After I registered and sent money, I got an email saying they needed to verify my info and asked me to upload picture of both sides of driver license, or passport, or id card. Before that they already took all the private information including ssn, seriously? No legitimate company should ever ask for that kind of sensitive information to transfer money. My bank confirmed the money was already debited by Guardian but not transfer to SendNOW to process the transaction. This feels completely unsafe and unprofessional. Be very careful, I don’t believe this service is trustworthy at all.

Clunky, use of a third-party. Very slow to resolve issues, although mostly the fault of the third party.

Great service! The money arrives fast, and if there’s ever an issue, their support team helps right away. I’m very satisfied and will keep using them.

These are scammers/fraud. To use this app and transfer payment, I was directed to their partner Volet.com, where I had to register separately and pass verification. SendNOW explained, that transfers are done by their partners and they have nothing to do with their verification procedures (e.g., this is for safety, to follow regulations, AML.. etc., etc.). Volet.com first of all asked photo of my ID from both sides. After, they asked: 1) photos showing both sides of the payment card (I was allowed only to hide card numbers in the middle, but had to show the first six and the last four numbers. On the back, I was allowed to conceal the three-digit security code (CVC/CVV); 2) A selfie with me holding the card; 3) An official bank statement for the card, if there was not my name on it. After providing this info, the Volet.com stopped answering my messages. Ohh, what a change after they got my info, because until this moment, they were very active in communication and all answers were provided ASAP. When I wrote to SendNow that these are scammers, they continued to say, that they are registered etc, etc... SO, THESE AR SCAMMERS/FRAUD WHO JUST COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL INFO, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYTHING!

Terrible exchange rate (about 15% lower than official) plus additional fee.

I tried to be as respectful as I could, yet sendNOW represented by Natalya refuses to be transperant and did not want to provide the information for a $286 transaction regarding how much comission and fees there will actually be taken from it.

When comparing to the website I noticed it said USDT 5 up to $200, but nothing about amounts higher then that. I could only estimate it by doing some of my own math which keps coming at 0.53 USD (which seems too low according to what the public said about sendnow)

When discussing this with Natalya, I received a cocky reply and claims that its sensitive company information, as if a comission could not be disclosed.

When I confronted her that this is false she returned a reply "We shall see, Thank you!" and left the chat. basically giving me the middle finger in a polite way.

Perhaps its a miscommunication during their auto-translation.

But I think she's just being rude. its not how you treat clients. she doesnt care about customer satisfaction or completing her work.

I believe SendNOW should not hire such people if they cant do basic customer service.
