Superb service, great cupcakes that arrived the next day. Did a great job cheering up my friend :) Will use again for sure!

Beautifully presented Cupcakes.Very easy to use site, ordering simple.Process from start to finish painless and the birthday girl loved them. Will certainly use again and recommend to friends and family.

I ordered 16 cupcakes before 12 noon on the 5/2 for delivery on 7/2 to a business address - quite clearly states Industrial Estate.
Received a text to say that they were being delivered between 6 - 7 pm!!
When I spoke to Customer Services was told that if they couldn't be delivered they would attempt to the following day. When I questioned their freshness was told that they kept for 5 days. I said that this wasn't the point as the deliveree would know that a delivery had been attempted the previous day.
Was told that they had no control over delivery times and there was nothing that they could do.
I said that I wouldn't be using them again and was told OK!!!
That was their customer service.
Whether or not the cakes taste good, I don't like the idea that they have been left overnight somewhere. We are trying to make an impression with this Company. I'm not sure that this effort will do that.

The recipient was very pleased with the product, saying the cakes were excellently flavoured and a good size. Arrived as requested and good information provided by supplier. However, the top of the cupcakes had been squashed in transit which spoilt the appearance. Such a shame that delivery companies do not take care of “fragile” items these days. Would have given 5 stars if this had been better.

Really easy process buying the cupcakes; they arrived on time, they looked brilliant and they tasted brilliant too! I would happily use Bradfords again and would recommend them to anyone else.

The cupcakes arrived on time but cakes were a little squashed, which was a bit disappointing. It would be better to have some sort of plastic covering for the tops of the cakes.

Ordered cupcakes for my teenage daughter’s birthday, all arrived in perfect condition, when I asked for and tasted amazing! Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

I ordered a balloon for my mum’s birthday right at the last second for next day delivery but it arrived on the day with no problems from a very cheerful delivery man.

Good experience. Lovely idea. It was a shame I couldn’t mix and match the cupcakes.

This special treat to colleagues was well received and enjoyed by all.

Communication regarding order, dispatch and delivery excellent. Delivery made on requested date. My Mother-In-Law was very pleased with her present.

The cakes were gifts, so I personally didn't taste them, but they were very well received and the service from start to delivery couldn't be faulted.

Good delivery, excellent product!

It’s such a pity that these beautiful, tasty cakes were delivered a day late. The courier claimed that no one was there to take delivery, which was nonsense because they were being sent to a school where someone is on gate duty 24/7. The product was outstanding, but they were let down by the delivery guys. I would recommend the cakes, especially if the company takes action about the delivery arrangements.

Cupcakes arrived a day after contracted delivery date. No apology or compensation when reported to company.

Receieved big item on sat in morning, nice balloons with lovely 4 cakes and like a very nice card. Lovely Cake is sweet and a bit dry yum.

The chocolate fudge cake we received as a free gift with the balloons was nice. It is small but very indulgent so actually fed more people than stated as you only need a small piece. I liked that I could have the personalised message on the top too
