I called them on a Wed and I had 2 dozen cupcakes delivered on Friday afternoon with the theme that I wanted. Certainly no more or less expensive that a Hummingbird bakery or Primrose Bakery in London but very good cupcakes and were flexible and accommodating. Thank you

Super service by telephone and the product was good and fresh and delivered on time. However, the decorations fell off in transit. So, my 22year old daughter very much enjoyed the gift and understands transport problems, but had she been a 5 year old daughter, I imagine she would have been disappointed.

The cupcakes were for a fundraiser.I ordered a bit late but they arrived in time and the guests said they tasted superb and looked beautiful .

I ordered a set of 6 cupcakes which arrived with one of them on its side so the icing was damaged. The cupcake sponge was dry and dense, the icing looked nice and flavours were acceptable.

Apparently the cakes were wonderful, but the promised gift card wasn't included, causing rather a lot of embarrassment as the recipient had to try to discretely find out who had actually sent them. For this reason I won't use the company again. Also ever such a lot of money for just a couple of cakes, and the postage was expensive too.
