It was a little difficult to understand questions at times, some of the questions were very long.

One amazing experience with a wonderful agent outstanding job way more than a five star reading one hour and 26 minute phone call what patience and kindness a difficult story. She had to hear nothing but compassion but her numerous memories of wonderful moments in my life as well we just happened to celebrate the same month of birthday. She didn’t just offer her business what she had to sell. She allowed me to celebrate memories about the month of our birth and many others memories I had that situation. I’m living in at the moment, but that domestic abuse of violence, just compassionate, caring understanding, but not only that an outing agent that was knowledgable and experienced at her job only had to put me on hold, maybe three times to collect the information to clarify to make sure that she was giving me the correct information that I was able to answer the correct answer is correct correctly to make sure that I was not invalidating the policy in any way our director recommend her for the house position possible not just an agent kudos to her a kudos award recommended

The agent went through everything in a calm, respectful manner. She made sure I knew what to expect and how to proceed.
